How do you put it on? Is it a step through or can you wrap it around outside pants leg?

are these too bulky to run with one on each knee?

I have only used it on one knee while running. I make the straps pretty tight, and occasionally the overhang of the strap hits my other thigh (it can feel weird, especially if it is cold). This means to me that it is close enough to your other thigh, right above the knee, that it could rub together slightly if you had one on both legs. However, I think this depends on how big your thighs are, and it was just the overhang of the strap so the actual material may never rub together.

WHERE are the EBOOK EXERCISE VIDEOS? They all say NOT available! ALSO, it is made in China -- NOT US or Germany as packaging fools you to believe!

I saw it was made it China but I was in so much pain I didn't care.

Will this Item go through a metal detector with out beeping?

Try using a magnet around the knee area. If it does not hold there or down the sides it should be ok. You can also go to any court house to test. They all have metal detectors.
