Great spicy base for a marinade

Good flavor for my jerky. Not as spicy as I usually make it though. More like an extra medium heat or a semi hot heat.

Of course I didn’t read the I instructions and added the whole box into 8 lbs of meat but honestly it turned out really good just a little too spicy and a tad salty but other wise not bad at all

The jerky turned out great. Has great flavor and a little zip to it. I was hoping it would have a little more heat but that’s just me. Others find it quite spicy. So I give it 5 stars. It is very easy to use and what I call idiot proof.

I bought this product based off of the contents. Habanero, ghost pepper and smoke. I made two pounds of hamburger jerky and measured out based off of 1 package for 5 lbs of meat. Not spicy at all. So, I mixed one whole package with 3 lbs of hamburger an put on my dehydrator. It has very little spice to it. I will stick to my regular Nesco hot and spicy jerky mix. Much spicier.

It wasn't spicy at all.. was actually disappointed because I wanted to add spice to the jerky
