OUTSTANDING Customer Support. Good Product. Rapid delivery
I have never owned a TV Box before and discovered there is a Learning Curve to be understood in order to get the movies/TV shows to load properly. There is a bit of a buffering issue even with a Wi Fi and a Network rated at 100 Mps but I now just pause the show when that happens to let everything catch up, and take a quick break. I made plenty of mistakes with this purchase but every time the Customer Service people came through with answers quickly. I had problems with the Wireless Keyboard and told Customer Service about it one night. The next morning I got an e mail saying a replacement was on it's way. Now THAT'S Customer Service. When I messed up with the TV Box a couple of times, they came through with advice that solved the problem. I had to restore the Factory Settings the TV Box a couple of times and they guided me through that. I discovered from them that when you do a Factory Setting restore that you need to wait about 20 minutes to get all the Programs up and then an Additional 30 minutes for updates or the source becomes slow. I did that and am currently enjoying watching Movies. Again, wait out any buffering by pausing the show and then come back after a short break. Another Beginners mistake... The Keyboard doggle goes into the TV Box, not the Smart TV like mentioned in the instructions. I suppose that is if you use the Keyboard to enter information into the Smart TV. The Keyboard sure made everything a lot easier when entering info. In a World where Customer Service is really a joke, requiring hours on the phone or days via e mail, these people REALLY DELIVER ! Highly recommended and I hope you enjoy the TV Box as much as I am now that I have learned some of it's secrets

Easy to use, and tons of options
This thing is awesome. I have a smart TV but it does not have the ability to run an android OS, or Kodi, not to mention the tons of other things this box can do.It came pre-loaded with a ton of features including Kodi 16, we upgraded to Kodi 17 which I would strongly recommend because 16 had some major issues. We like the user interface of Kodi 16 better but you can adjust the settings in 17 to make it look like 16 did. It also came pre-loaded with an addon within kodi called Specto which provided access to all the major network TV channels like FX, history channel, and HBO. We add an addon called Exodus which we use to watch movies.**Warning to parents, it did come pre-loaded with some addons that are "adult" in nature**You get kodi through the google play store so you need a google account. You can also use the built in browser to download things directly off the internet and install that way if you prefer. It has built in bluetooth which I really like because I can get a bluetooth keypad and free up the other USB port. But it can also be good for connecting bluetooth headphones etc.We did notice that it seems like all the memory may not be registering on this box, it was reporting only 4.4GB when it should have 8. I would expect it to show somewhere over 7. We have another box that also has 8gb and it shows as 7.3 so i am not sure if there is a hardware problem, or bloatware. but either way it seems to run fine and with the micro sd port it is easy to add a ton of storage to it.The keypad that came with it does not have a backlit keyboard which really sucks, and the keys seem to not actually work 100% of the time, but I suspect that is just bad luck on the particular one I got and not systemic of this model of keypad.Overall I think it is a great buy. We literally got another one at the same time and this one drastically out performs it, and it came pre-loaded with a ton of stuff that the other box didn't come with and was much easier to add and delete the things we wanted than the other box was. Well worth the price difference.

Works well after a rough startup.
Seems to work as I expected it to. Don't think you will get any help installing the unit however. The manual that comes with it does not go beyond how to hook up the HDMI and Power cables and I really didn't need that since it was obvious. However, I did have a problem getting the audio to work. Video worked fine right away but not the sound.I went through numerous on screen menus to finally get to the section dealing with sound to find the default setting was for auto-detect and that was currently selected so I left it that way and went on to other sections, failing to see one important thing which I didn't discovered until the next day. That was found below the auto-detect with an "HDMI" selection along with an optical section. And there was the solution, I needed to select HDMI to get it to work with the HDMI cable. I guess auto-detect doesn't really mean it. I didn't see anywhere in the setup instructions for that bit of info, though I could have missed it since the type font for the manual approaches 4 point, being so small these tire old eyes had difficulty seeing it.Anyway it all seems to work now.

Great budget priced entry into Kodi/streaming media
For the price, this is a decent entry into streaming Kodi and various media apps. Customizing the actual software was a little different than what I'm normally used to in dealing with Kodi, and it crashed on me several times before I was successfully able to install an all in 1 Kodi build for my brother in law. After that, it's been relatively stable, with a few freezes and reboots needed here and there. Overall, if you were looking to cut the cord completely and just stream everything, this isn't the box for you. Spend a little extra to get something with more robust specs to handle the workload. However, as an entry into seeing if Kodi is for you, this is a great deal. I wasn't sure my sister was going to be able to navigate the various menus and be able to consistently find what she (or her kids) were looking for, and I didn't want to spend a lot if they ended up not using it. Luckily they love it and use it several times a week.
