Great easy and economical way to save my photos and empty out some of the storage on my old Apple phone. Easy to flip the switch and then transfer them to my computer.

Does not fit my samsung s24. Connection support does not fit this Android as it claimed it could be used on Android phones. Very very trusting. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE NEWER ANDROID! I mainly purchased the product to transfer photos and videos from my iPhone to my laptop. I found that it does get the job done, but has a few quirks. Product support people were responsive and helpful.IMPORTANT NOTES:• All pictures will transfer to the thumb drive and then onto your computer, however items which are visible in your photo library that are “Shared” from some source will not appear in the EasyFlash Pro photo list until you go into the cell phone library and select “Save shared photo/video to library”. That option will be visible when viewing the photo/video in your cell phone library.• All videos will transfer to the thumb drive and display properly from the thumb drive on your cell phone. However, videos that were created with the phone in a vertical position will not be viewable on your computer using the standard Windows Media Player. You will need to get the “Cool File Viewer” software from the Microsoft Store; it’s free opensource code.Note that there is also a “Coolle File Viewer” which is not the one you want.• When you are done using the thumb drive on the computer, select “Eject” on the top of the Windows Explorer window before removing the thumb drive from the USB port. I don’t know if it really causes a problem or not, but it is recommended.

The flash drive works and plugs into both iPhone and USB3. The mechanism to move back and forth is very very cheap and basically useless. You have to manually hold it in place and awkwardly shove it in but it does work. Would like to see both permanently in place since there is no way something cheap like this could handle that kind of mechanical movement.

I don't know why but trying to get photos on my iPhone downloaded to my PC has been a big pain until recently. I was stuck with emailing a copy of a photo to myself or taking a chance with software that invariably crashed. This little beauty does it easily and has become my go-to. Well worth it.

I had to buy this product twice because the first one kept bending while it was plugged into my computer and eventually just snapped. Thankfully the iPhone plug in still worked and I was able to back everything up on the app. Overall, it was very easy to save and move files and the only issue I had at that point was how easily breakable it was.I went to the same listing and repurchased the item thinking I could simply move everything from the app to the new flash drive. When I received the replacement I found out that it connected to a completely different app. I had to spend at least an hour moving all of my files around before I could move them to the new flash drive. This was all a minor inconvenience that didn’t bother me as long as the new one worked as well as the old one.Needless to say, it doesn't. I haven’t had it long and have been very careful not to bend it so I don’t know how much stronger it is but so far I can only move pdfs to it. I use it almost entirely for pictures but if I can’t download any jpgs or pngs then it’s essentially useless.I’ve tried ejecting, unplugging, and reinserting it multiple times but nothing has worked. It could be that it’s not compatible with my Chromebook but the first one was so I don’t know why this one isn’t working.
