Innotech® Digital Bathroom Scale with Easy-to-Read Backlit LCD (White)

My 10 year scale stopped functioning so I looked to replace it with a similar tracking scale. Sadly, many cost +/- $200.00 and the reviews weren't that great.Decided to just try an inexpensive scale and chose the Innotech. Had it in 2 days with good packaging from Amazon Prime. I liked that all I had to do to activate scale was pull a small tab on the back which was very easy. You tap the scale with your foot and it immediately lights up and shows 0.0. I weighed myself, and within an hour I was being weighed by my doctor's high-end electronic scale and I weighed exactly the same as at home. Very impressive. The Innotech digital scale is sleek, accurate, and has a smooth,glass top so the scale blends into flooring. Really like that there aren't different surfaces or patterns as is it less obtrusive-looking. The numbers are large and bright so easy to see, and the customer service at this new U.S.A. company is very congenial and part of the company itself, not a call center. I called them to say how pleased I was with the quality of their very inexpensive scale as I did not like the quality of the ones I saw in stores. I'm glad to have helped a young company with some business. Plan to send them for holiday gifts as it is great to have a product that looks good and simply works well for a low price. Innotech even sent me an email two days after receipt of scale to respond by email or phone with an actual company employee if I had any concerns or comments and Lily who answered was appreciative of my remarks. Love this company!

Loves: -clean, simplistic, minimal design -size is nice and big -numbers are easy to read -Innotech customer service is amazing! Having said that, the scale I received horrifyingly came with tiny, short little hairs all over it. Like men's body hair or dare I say it- pubes. 😭 The package was also missing extra batteries, but that is nothing compared to the mess of the hairs. I entirely blame this on Amazon. Amazon should not be re-selling used, or damaged, or unhygienic products when the product is clearly being sold as new! Very unprofessional. Well, I got my refund from Amazon on this item. But I also contacted the seller explaining what had happened, and they immediately apologized, took accountability for everything, and sent me (directly from their factory in Texas) a brand new scale at no charge at all. I mean, come on! Who does that now a days? How amazing are they! It's rare that companies do this anymore. Customer service- cream of the crop. The scale I received from them came brand NEW, along with TWO extra batteries and a manual. It works perfectly, and the measurement is exact when compared to my other amazing scale- the etekcity digital bodyweight scale. On point. If you really like this scale, buy it. Amazon might send you a dud- but if you contact Innotech, they will make it right and send you a quality scale. All in all, great looking scale, great quality & build, but above all, THE BEST customer service out there. Would definitely purchase from again. Thanks Innotech!

This is by far the best value scale I've ever owned! I think many brand scales in the market have overpriced, and doesn't look good as well. This Innotech scale not only has a reasonable price, but also a trendy minimalist style that can easily fit in any place! Besides, the white glass really keeps neat and clean, very easy to maintain. I'm also impressed by its great quality! Quality: - Accurate and consistence. The gym I go to has a professional Omron scale, I found this this scale is very accurate every time compared to Omron one (but you pay only half of the price of Omron scale, and get nicer design, wow!) - Light weight but very sturdy. I stamp on it by accident many times, it still remains in perfect condition. - Numbers easy to read. My dad often complains his scale is hard to read and too many functions that distract him. This scale is simple but readable, I think it is friendly for elder people or pregnant women. Heads-up: I found it's most accurate if you activate it (tap on the scale and let it zero out), before you step on. If you don't do so, its result may be a little off (1 or 2 times out of 10). As long as you activate it before, you will be fine. Honestly, for the price, design and quality, I am 100% satisfied and plan to buy another one for my parents. Very happy customer!!! I can't recommend this more.

Nice slim design with bright and easy to read digital numbers. The unit did come with 3 AAA batteries needed. Aside from having to insert the batteries they supplied, this scale really is "out of box" ready to use. When you go to use it, you do need to tap on the center of the platform once with your foot to wake up the scale, wait a second for the display to show 0.00 lbs and then you just step on. The weight is displayed almost immediately. The scale will turn off on its own after about 15 seconds or so and there is no recall memory of previous weights. ACCURACY: As far as I can tell the scale is possibly off .5lb (1/2 half pound) under. In one of my pictures you'll see that I placed two ea 8lb weights on each side to check accuracy and it read as 15.5 lbs instead of 16 lb. This isn't too much of a concern for me as it could be the weights themselves or possibly uneven weight distribution that caused the inaccuracy. Other than that, it's a very nice scale with a small footprint so it doesn't take up large space. Because of it's nice slim design, storing makes it a breeze if you don't want it out at all times. Mine came already setup with the UOM as LB's but there are easy instructions I read to show you how to switch the scale to whatever UOM preferred (unit of measure). For the price alone I was extremely surprised by its quality, nice clean design and simple use! I'm very happy with it. Hopefully this info helps with anyone's questions.

UPDATE: about six weeks after I wrote this review I received a box in the mail. I hadn't ordered anything so wasn't sure what it was and lo and behold the seller of this scale must have seen my review and sent me a new scale. It has been in the box for months because honestly I just didn't bother with it, the bathroom where it went was under construction and I forgot about it. I pulled it out of the box last week and it is perfect. It doesn't have any of the problems that the first one has. The displayed weight is accurate and it holds so you can actually see the number. It does not fluctuate when you shift weight and it working great. So here is the thing, the scale is great for a basic scale with no bells and whistles if you get one that works properly and is calibrated properly. Not Accurate. I have had the flu for the last week, the last time I got on the scale was 4 days ago. I have not eaten since then, only fluids and some saltines. According to the scale this morning I have gained almost 7 pounds. That makes no sense got on again and lost 10 pounds. Ridiculous and that will drive me insane. I am glad it was cheap, but what is that saying about you get what you pay for. Gonna go and buy myself a nice Tanita and move on

My old clear glass weight scale just stopped working after three years, so I decided to buy a new one to fit my need. When I found this one on Amazon, I was skeptical at first because the pictures looked a bit generic. However, I thought it was worth trying because the design was sleek and was exactly what I had in mind for my home (an elegant looking white scale that matches my furniture, functions correctly and has the capacity to fit under a door or in some other obscure place in my home). I was really surprised when I received it. The prime shipping was fast and the package arrived in great condition. I’ve got to say, the scale looks way better than it was displayed in the pictures! The scale is elegant, low profile and minimal. I am really picky when it comes to this because I am a designer myself and I can’t stand it when my appliances don’t match my home. Pros: 1. Unlike clear glass tops or dark glass tops, water stains and dust are not that visible on white glass, so that’s a huge plus for me. My old scale always looked so dirty with water stains and it did bother me a bit. 2. You can set the scale in pounds or in kg. and it is extremely simple to use. 3. I stepped on it five times as a test, and each time it displayed the same number. This makes me feel like it is very accurate and dependable. 4. The glass is sturdy. According to the manual, it can hold up to 400 lbs. and has an overload sensor. Cons: So far I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I’ll update this review if there are any changes in the future. The scale works accurately and I really love the way it complements my bathroom floor. For a price like this, which is super low compared to competitors, I highly recommend this scale to anyone!

I really love this scale and it might be the best! It is important to note that YOU MUST CALIBRATE this scale in order to be accurate. Any reviewers complaining about the accuracy of this scale has likely not calibrated and thus giving this product an unfair review. Calibrating is simple (it honestly couldn't be any easier) and is in the instructions. To calibrate the scale (aka "zero out"), you only need to do the following: 1) Push the small button on the bottom of scale (this will "wake up" the scale). 2) Place the scale on a hard, flat surface. 3) When the scale shows zero, it is calibrated. 4) Weigh yourself! Honestly, I'd give this scale 6 stars if I could! Screen is bright for easy seeing even in the dark; numbers are big and easy to read even without wearing my glasses; scale uses a decimal for incremental weight which can encourage you to meet your weight goals; very sleek and modern; and most of all, it is very accurate!

I bought this scale based on its good reviews. When I received it, it did not work at all - the screen was black and I could not get it to do anything at all. I changed out the batteries and still nothing - BUT, a couple of emails later, the company shipped me a new scale, which works great. I love having a scale that is so easy to use, and is very accurate. You don't have to tap it to get it to come on, and it registers all ounces instead of only even numbered ones, as some scales do. I wanted an accurate scale that tells me how much I weigh, only. I don't need body fat percentage, I don't need it to remember how much I weighed last week, I don't need a scale that has lots of ways to break. I need a simple scale that weighs me accurately when I step on it, and that's what I have. The scale is great, the customer service even better. Very impressed.
