Great monitor
Bought to extend my screen workspace.Great design. Good screen quality. No glare. Comes with hdmi cable and uk and European connection.Screen can be tilted. Has small round circle as feet so takes up little room. Great monitor for a great price.

Excellent value
Got this to replace the old 21" HP unit I'd been using as second monitor for my iMac - a friend needed a monitor in a hurry and they got the HP. It was a toss up between this Asus and a curved Samsung as my replacement - the Asus won (and was slightly cheaper into the bargain). Very impressed - sharp and good colour match to the iMac's own display (close enough for my eyes - I've a Spyder 4 to get a full calibration when/if I need it). Much better than the HP it replaced (and that had cost more when new).I can't comment on gaming or dynamic performance as I don't game and rarely watch video on my computer (and would use the default display for that, anyway).Update July 2020: I decided I needed a third monitor this week: a lot of videoconferencing and giving presentations over GoToMeeting (not my choice - I find Zoom friendlier) would be easier if I could split my viewing 3-ways. Ordered a second of these (the HDMI/DisplayPort version) - hooked up and discovered that, whilst my iMac video is capable of driving three, the available ports are not - the Thunderbolt hub can only drive one monitor, either HDMI or DisplayPort. I'd need a further Thunderbolt2 box to do it - and that's just moving into silly money. So my wife now has a two screen set up on her iMac. I'll need to replace my iMac next year (it's already 8 years old and, whilst it works fine, is beginning to fall out of Apples' support window); I'll make sure it has sufficient ports - but then it's a case of whether the Good Lady will relinquish her second monitor. She didn't really want a second one today but, once you have that luxury, it's difficult to go back to one! But my main point is that I found this monitor really good value and bought a second after a year of use!

Excellent Monitore
I bought 2 of these monitors to replace a single/smaller monitor and what a difference.Physically they are very light and very thin (the main screen), with quite a solid base "arm" that's connected to the back of the monitor -- this levers out -- the round base stand screen to the bottom of the lever arm and you can easily do this with a small screw driver, a coin or with the handy clip thats connected to the screw.Setting them up is very easy, and it's mainly to screw the bottom in and remove the protective labels. The bezel on the edges is also very slim so having the two monitors side by side -- really gives a massive window/real estate for the destop to be supplied.Connections on this monitor are as described, power, via a small transformer and VGA or HDMI.Set-up and connection very easy and once I turned my PC on again, the 1st (and 2nd screen), where automatically recrognised so no changing any settings from the PC/screen management software.I'm running these two on a Nvidia GTX 660 grapshics card -- so quite an old card by todays's standards.1st impressions both screens very sharp/clear and now a massive amount of space to run/appiclations and dock windows. This was main main reason for the purchase as my PC @ work is dual montior and if/when working at home found the productivity dropped due to having to juggle apps on the desktop.Very pleased with the buy and quality of these montiors for the price.

Good but came with EU plug?
Screen is great, no issues except it came with an EU plug which I wasn’t expecting (perhaps misread the product info?) easily solved by purchasing an adapter plug (as couldn’t be bothered with return).

An Excellent Budget Monitor
A great monitor for anybody wishing to boost their screen real-estate. I use mine for my MacBook Pro and it runs really smoothly. You can easily run two full a4 size windows side by side with room for side-bars etc. Great for productivity without having too much unused space.Pros:Good colour accuracy (vibrant)Very bright (adjustable)Blue light adjustment (Eye-Saver)Nice and wideCons:Lacks sharpness with small textMay appear slightly grainy when very close up(But that is acceptable since it is only 1080p)A budget monitor with a high-end aesthetic, solid construction and excellent for all round productivity.

For work its good, not sure about gaming. Looks good design wise.
Its a good monitor. Bright image when needed when working on diagrams or spreadsheets. Not tested for gaming, guess it would do OK but not great.Looks good with the slim panel design and the large ASUS logo on the back. Pleanty of connectivity with two HDMI and VGA.For the price its a good value 27" monitor that will is good for working from home. For gaming, I'll stick to my 1440p Samsung units.

Great monitor
I remember when I first purchased this monitor (about 8 months ago now) I was very unhappy that it didn't come with speakers. The listing was very confusing and I believed I'd bought the model with speakers - I hadn't! After getting in touch with the seller the seller agreed to refund £15 which went towards the cost of 2 speakers.Since the confusion I've had no issues. No dead pixels, clean bright screen, powers on instantly. It's not particularly bulky and doesn't really wobble on my desk. Does exactly what I need now and isn't glossy :)
