Updated review- After leaving my original review, Max from customer service reached out to me attempting to correct the issue. It seemed the unit was faulty and he made sure to expedite a new unit out to me. This new version (3 status lights, old one only had 2) works great. The temperature is slightly off when low on wax (harder to regulate the heat transfer which is understandable), but anything over 1/3 full it works great. This one holds the temp to about 10 degrees between heating and reheating. I set it to just about 190 degrees, it heats to around 200 and turns back on at 190. Melts wax very fast, but without any burning. Definitely a must have machine for candle making. Customer service is top notch. Original- When turned on, it goes into "heating" mode. Regardless of what temp you set the dial, the contents are over 200 degrees. Then it will go to "keep warm". It cools down to below 150 before kicking back on, and reaching over 200 again.

I have had this melter for two years and it has really been a blessing for our business for melting tons of wax in a considerably less amount of time than a stove top, microwave or on a single burner like we have used. We used this melter often and something happened where it would not turn on again and we contacted the company and within a day they were sending out a new one. Not only is this a fast melting product, but you have quality that is also backed by great customer service. Additionally there is practically no cleaning and the insulation on the outside keeps it hot and melts all the wax without leaving residue. Additionally the nozzle is almost flush with the base of the tank so it pours very easy. All around 5/5 Get yours today!

****EDIT*** Company contacted me about the broken pot. Tried to fix and because it was something I couldnt fix myself, they offered me a new pot. It was sent out within just a few hours. They reached out to me a few times after making sure everything was still good. Great customer service.. No issues with it since receiving the new one. Love it. ****** Just got today and the red heating button won't come on. Has been heating 30 mins and nothing!! Very disappointed and can't get a hold of customer service

Customer Service was very vigilant on my review and worked with me to find a solution. We decided to go with a newer model for my needs. One that includes a heated spout. It worked great and I am very satisfied with the newer model. ORIGINAL REVIEW I got this model because of the temp control dial, but the dial is useless and does not keep the product at that temp. You have to turn the dial up to a high temp to even get it to kick on. If you set it a lower temp it will kick into keep warm mode and in the keep warm mode the product started to solidify and clogged the spout. I lost a lot of product cleaning it out. There is a ridge around the edge that the product got stuck in and have to be pried out of. So if you are using this on more than one formula you will be wasting a lot of material. I do not know how the spout works for the product because it didn't work for me. In cleaning it though I tried it with water and the water did come out. This melter has a poor design that wastes material and will not keep the product melted at a certain temp and you have to set it to a higher temp to get the stuff to melt.

This V3 model is remarkable for its well-designed inner container, which makes cleaning much easier than I expected. The quick liquid outlet design also eliminates the waste of residual liquid. The temperature control range is wide, making it suitable for both making candles and handmade soaps. The overall texture of the machine is excellent, being sturdy and durable. It is an ideal equipment for those engaged in the long-term handmade production industry. It is very convenient to use.

I ordered 2 of these melters. I am very experienced and have used plenty of similar machines before but I wanted ones that could handle a larger capacity and these seemed to be that. The first one burned my batch within the first use. The second one worked for the first 2 days and then also burned my batch. The temperature gauge doesn't seem to adjust appropriately. You can hear the "click" noise when turning the dial AFTER you're past the temperature you want to melt to. Another issue for me was the smell. It was quite noticeable and smelled like burning wires. Not expected and definitely not pleasant. Lastly, condensation very quickly built up in the tanks which is obviously not ideal for wax melting because then water is also dripping into the wax. Not happy at all with these. I ended up returning both and I really don't enjoy leaving not good reviews but there has to be better quality control with items like this. Not only did they not function as described but they burned $100 worth of material as well and wasted HOURS of my time.

So I give this product 3stars because it is a hassle to clean and there's almost always wax left underneath the nozzle you can't really clean in-between the hot plate and the wall, and the temperature is very inaccurate if you put it on 180 it practically burns and start to boil the wax to almost 225 degrees which is way to high, so I end up setting it between 160 to 170 and turning it just a little to 180 I still have to use a thermometer to check how hot the wax is before I pour cause the temp goes wonky after 180 degrees. All in all it does the job but I will be purchasing a different brand in the future.

I decided, spur of the moment, to make candles for holiday gifts. Didn't know where to start but watched a few videos and decided that a wax melter would make it easier than a double boiler, and the price was incredibly reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the purchase. I used it the day it arrived, and went from unboxing to candles curing in a couple hours. I have since made several more batches and it is so easy to use. And when I check the temperature with my digital thermometer, it is within a few degrees of what it is set at on the dial. It pours easily, and this thing holds a lot of wax. And the lid locks in place so when the wax level gets low, just grab the lid from the locked position, tilt it a little, and the remaining wax pours out easily and safely. I've been having so much fun with it, I've made more candles than I can give away, and I can't stop!

Funciona bien es muy útil y te facilita el trabajo. De repente que se tapa y hay que subirle la temperatura pero si llega a salir la cera aunque a veces tarda cuando tienes prisa.

I love this melter, it melts the wax so quick that is why you should be careful and always keep your eye on it. But definitely worth! Is is a game changer for candle maker like me.

Happy with my wax melter which I use for my small business making candles and wax melts to alongside my skincare range. The temperature guage is pretty accurate as I’ve checked it with my digital thermometer so for a reasonably priced bit of kit I am really pleased. The tap is heated so doesn’t get clogged. I keep a small cup underneath the tap as it drips once or twice after shutting off, so would advise that. Not a criticism really as you are bound to have residue in the tap. Easy to use, and perfect for the job so 👍🏼

I had a few different candle making machines but this one is by far the best and I had even been using pots and pans in the past. It can hold a fair amount of wax (12lbs i think) and its extremly easy to use. Cleaning is also very easy. It comes with a manual which is easy to follow and extremly simple to set up. The candles from this machine has been great so far. I'm glad I found this product!

Was a great piece of kit.....until 2 weeks after purchase. Bottom burnt, which i never realised as i had around 8kg of wax in it solid. Turned it on one morning to start batch making and 6 hours later the wax is still solid. Tried for 2 days after an gave up an submitted a return. Thankfully no issues with return but it took a few hours to remove the solidified wax out of it. Once i got to the bottom i noticed the botton had burnt and ruined a lot of my wax, managed to salvage some but still lost a lot of revenue because of it. I was going to replace it with the same but after reading further reviews ive decided against it as it seems a few have had the same problem. Gutted. It was a great piece of kit to begin with, wax came out easy, funnel didnt get clogged and the temp was perfect too. Shame.
