The item was delivered on the next day. I am giving 5 stars because I have no complaints about the item in itself/packaging/delivery. However the hair removal method in itself is painful, as you would expect. I find it more effective than wax an once you get the hang of it it's very precise.

Takes a bit of getting used to, and needs some practice rolling it across skin, twiddling the handles. But I've got the hang of it now, after some awkwardness and fumbling, and it really does grab those hairs - including peach fuzz. I would advise cleansing before and after with toner to soothe skin, and persevere with little and often to really get the knack.

The product arrived well packaged and as expected. In fact I was surprised by the high quality - the epilator is really well made. This makes it great value for money. It's really effective at removing facial hair (though not painless!)I saw a tutorial on youtube and had to try it, and I would recommend that other buyers do the same if they need instructions.I think I'm going to buy one for a friend; it's that good.

LOVE IT...usually have my face threaded, however now using this I don't need someone else to do it for me. Removes hairs although takes a few times to get the hang of it.- The is SOME pain although around the same pain as waxing or threading. Most painful area is upper lip.- Can't use it on small areas e.g. around the eyebrows but other than that amazing product and cheap!

Didn’t remove any hair at all, from anywhere I tried it. Long hairs, short hairs, thin hairs, thick hairs. Stick to waxing and tweezers guys, it’s not worth the disappointment.
