I am using this due to hypothyroid and as an aging supplement. From research I find that it is best to take on an empty stomach first thing in the morning with DHEA before any thyroid meds. It converts directly to progesterone. I have also found that it is known as the "mother hormone" and can be taken anywhere from 10mg to over 100mg daily.
