Personally, I love it.
I've noticed negative reviews, but what people forget is that everyone's skin is different. Personally, my skin is difficult.I have areas where my skin is red and becomes irritated really easily. I was using charcoal products before (for my acne) and it still didn't exactly calm my skin down.This does, and it actually has helped my shoulders and back clear up(acne).I definitely recommend trying it, but keep in mind that everyone's skin is different and not everything works for that skin type.

Work as expected
This product either does not work as detailed on the videos or my Mary Kay products do an amazing job on cleaning my face. I also had my husband try the mask and nothing like the video. Even after 20 minutes
