Super delicious. Great for a post run snack to replenish some energy. Non runners in my house seem to love them as well. Can be a little fragile if you toss around in a bag or something.

Tastes good. But size. More chewy than crispy. Not fragile. A bit expensive but it was worth trying for the health benefits. No energy benefits. But it’s a good snack option for my LL :)
