Nice enough box does its purpose
I bought the size up from what I actually required (medium) as I decided to leave my small dogs ashes in the small box she came back home in and it fit like a glove length wise and had room up the back for her flowers as well. Decent fit on the base, I put felt pads on the bottom after screwing it back up to protect my furniture from any potential scratches. Nice box, good value.

Beautiful remembrance box
We put our dogs ashes in it and it’s on our windowsill her favourite place to be, it’s not an obvious cremation storage box which is nice

For the price these Urns represent good value. They are obviously made in large quantities and as previously stated can vary a little in finish with one or two showing scratches on the brass or missing wood around the embedded plates. That said, out of the five I ordered only one had a problem of each kind.I would recommend them if you want a cost effective solution to storing your pets ashes.

It's both Good and Bad
This in an overall decent quality little memorial box, I got it for our recently departed 20 or so pound little dog. It was to share some ashes with another family member. The size is just right and the construction is actually OK. The issue was the finish quality, mostly of the top part of the box with the little footprint inlays. Sorry I did not take a picture right away of it. There was some chipping of wood between the smaller inlay sections and then they sloppily put colored wood filler in the gaps and it stained the brass footprints. I re-sanded the top of the box with very fine paper and applied a new coat of finishing oil and it looks much better. Not a big deal for me but if you just want a box ready to go you might be disappointed. It seems anything listed as a "memorial" box is much more expensive then just a regular wooden box so overall this one for me was a bargain. But I would say if you are ordering this you may be gambling on an acceptable finish.

Good item for the price.
I love this Urn box for the price it’s super cute. It’s decently made. The only issue I had was the gold pieces were all scratched. But not badly enough to return. I’m guessing it happened during shipping and is not something Amazon did wrong. All in all for the price I think it’s a good buy and feel my ashes are quite safe Inside. Thank you
