Money well spent.
Fits just as it should. Good build quality. Equivalent to the $3000 brace that I used to have in my youth. Doesn't smell like cheap plastic. Very pleased and will recommend to others in need of an alternative to ridiculously priced orthotic/athletic support. So far very comfortable. Straps are permanently labeled for easy application. Completely adjustable, and not overly bulky. Comes with extra strap rings, hinge centers, and medial and distal center pads. The support is immediate, and anxiety alleviating.

knee brace
Terrible injury and 2 surgerys to my right knee 11 years ago I've spent a ton of money on Braces. even custom. 3 times. This one had always fit better and worked awesome. Still have to replace knee. It just wore out!

Save your money not worth it
I bought this because I ripped my acl & I need a brace for work โฆ. This thing showed up & I put it on, it fit nice & comfortable TILL IT WAS TIME TO MOVE OR SIT โฆ itโs like the hinges were put on wrong ( left side was on the right & right was on the left ) because the pads on the knee were the size of my palm, when you sit it being a light weight plastic the pads & hinges pushed away from both sides of your knee so bad I could put my hand between the knee pads & my knee โฆ. When you stand up & start moving it caused so much pain & discomfort because it wants to push your knee to the left โฆ I have been wearing knee braces ever since middle school & this was the first one to cause this much pain & discomfort, Iโve never seen one this cheaply made for this price, itโs complete robbery to charge someone this amount for something so cheaply made should be ashamed of your self .. they said this one was brand new but yet it showed up with no stickers on it, straps were adjust to someoneโs leg so much bigger then mine โฆ. Worst part of all of this I get to go back to work Monday with out a brace unless I spend MORE money on something else, while I wait up to 30 days for my refund AFTER they receive this back โฆ. We donโt get the product to test & use & give us up to 30 days to pay them .. $180 is a lot to waste on something & having to wait for your money for someone whoโs been out of work since the start of November & is living comp check to comp check โฆ.. SAVE YOUR MONEY PEOPLE โฆ. I ASSURE YOU, YOU WONT LIKE IT โฆ..

Excellent value
This brace is an excellent value. Note that is does *not* compare to the type of much more rigid brace you can get for 6x-10x the price, but is a lot better than anything carried at the local pharmacy or big box store (I tried a bunch from somewhere with a liberal return policy). If what you need is a brace that helps a lot to keep your knee from twisting, then this one fits the bill. This brace a bit bulky, so I definitely would not want to use it for running or other high movement sports, but it's good for walking. The hinges are metal, but the plastic is pretty soft. It does give quite a bit of support though. I tore my MCL a few weeks before heading off on a trip where I was planning to do a lot of walking around as a tourist, but I didn't want to spend $600-$800 on a brace. I don't think I could have walked half as much as I did with just a normal off-the-shelf brace. It was great at preventing my knee from twisting, as any little twisting force at the time hurt like hell. It didn't do anything for my torn meniscus. I have a minor tear in the other knee from an injury the year before. It was acting up since I was favoring that leg so much while the other had the torn MCL, so I switched knees and it didn't help at all. Also, don't expect to use this for water sports, I'm pretty sure the padding would disintegrate if you wore it in the water. I was originally hoping to wear it for surfing and paddling. Some tips: -Because of the soft plastic, when I strapped it down it squeezed together and the hinge pad pressed right on my injury and hurt like hell, so I put some padding (folded up fabric) above and below it to take the pressure off. -Play with the exact location of where the hinges sit. I found that if they were half an inch off it made a huge difference in how well the brace worked and how easy it was to walk in it. The spot that worked the best wasn't the spot that felt most natural when putting the brace on and strapping it down, but did feel the most natural when walking. If it feels like the brace is pushing on you in a weird way when you walk, try moving the hinge's pivot points a little up, down, forward or backward. -Ibuprofen is about 20x more expensive in Italy compared to a local US big box store. Don't forget to bring your own if you travel to Europe. But the espresso drinks were 1/5 the price, so it evened out.

Outstanding stability and support.
This knee brace is exactly what I was looking for. I needed something that could give me outstanding support and stability, this brace did not disappoint. I have no ACL, and recently tore my medial & lateral meniscus, my knee is shot! Just waiting for when I can get my total knee replacement. Once I was able to get the brace perfectly aligned and in proper placement, it has provided over the top stability for my knee. It does take a bit of a learning curve to use but once you figure it out, youโre golden. This brace reminds of the one I had custom made when I first tore my ACL 35 years ago. This brace comes in 23 different sizes, make sure you follow the directions and measure before you buy. Sizing is very important to get the right fit and optimal results. Iโm VERY happy with this purchase!

Works, IF it fits. Didn't for me
This is a very sturdy and well-constructed knee brace. But... (explanation to follow...) I severely injured my knee skiing in 1978. I had a surgical repair and it was usable (ran a lot, including a marathon, biked a couple of centuries, hiked a lot) until several years ago. It now is very unstable and pops a lot (with a lot of pain) just standing around. I decided to try a brace (my old one a 22 year old Lennox Hill) was heavy and clunky). It is either that or a knee replacement. I ordered this from Amazon and wore it for several days. It was terminally uncomfortable. The problem is that my lower leg now tilts out at about a 10 degree angle and my knee joint is much wider than the undamaged knee. You CANNOT bend the brace to fit the angled lower leg as the SS hinges under the plastic extend about 6". And the condyle pads pressing on the sides of the knee were painfully too tight and could not be adjusted. So it is great, if it fits. It did not. I have replaced it with an aluminum OsteoAlign Knee Brace also sold on Amazon. This has adjustable condyle pads and was easily bent at the slight angle to match my leg. It is very comfortable, although not quite as sturdy as this brace. It appears identical in construction and likely made in the same factory except for the mentioned differences.

I feel like I wasted my time and money
I purchased the brace based on its claims and the good reviews of other customers. I will say that I am very upset and let down. I am in need of help with my knee and was so anxious to find relief. This brace did not provide that help. The company itself had good communication with me during the shipping process I will say. The brace itself looks good. There are NO instructions at all. I looked up instructions for very similar knee braces. I followed them step by step. I received the brace yesterday. I can not wear this brace. Here is why: 1. The brace will not stop sliding down. I have spent well over 2 hrs working with this brace and adjusting it in various ways and can not find a placement that is comfortable. 2. The pad on the inside of my knee will not stop digging into my bone. It is quite painful. 3. When I get the straps tight enough to keep the brace from being loose when I'm sitting, as soon as I stand, the brace is so tight I can't hardly straighten my leg. I am so discouraged right now. I was really expecting to feel like a new man today...instead, I'm feeling hopeless. Please weigh you options before purchase...

Brace it.
I bought this brace to protect my knee from further damage after having a knee reconstruction, having used a very exspensive Donjoy knee brace while waiting for surgery I had to buy another one as I had lost so much muscle mass that the Donjoy didn't fit snuggly any longer.I was a little sceptical about the quality of the braceit brace because of the price however when it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the brace. The straps are simple to adjust and the fit is excellent, this is mainly due to the fact that it is custom sized to your size. The hinged joint is a very robust geared affair same as the Donjoy. I only wish I had found this brace before buying the Donjoy brace I could have saved myself nearly ยฃ400! If you have trouble with the stability of your knee then this brace would definatley help.
