BIOS Professional Candy Thermometer, Gray

Calibration is right on. Well made, sealed for dishwater safe cleaning. Would have given 5 stars, but the pan clamp needs some improvement. (Does not hold onto the pan edge adequately)

Good device for candy

This has a large, easy to read gauge & works really well for making my Grams old fashioned fudge. I especially like the red arrow that can be placed at the temperature I need. I also like the candy stages e.g. soft ball, hard ball etc.

Boiling water reads 190F -- that's 22 degrees off.

This was a life saver for all my holiday baking. Arrived super fast. Holiday fudge was saved. Nothing was over done and super easy to read.

I was very disappointed with this product. It broke the first time I used it. I would not recommend 😐.

The thermometer is big and easy to read and it stay well enough in place..But it's not accurate at all.. it's readind boiling water at 110c (230f)

The clip doesn’t hold the weight of the thermometer, causing it to fall out of the pot. Not ideal when dealing with hot milk or sugar.

Good price on these thermometers. I never used it yet but it seems well made. I ordered two and one came with the little red indicator on the edge missing but otherwise it should work well.
