Only if you are taller or have a long waist. Also does not fit oversized phones. Galaxy 8 note example. But a leather punch can fix that.

I am 6'1", weight 230 lbs...will this fit me? 2nd question: will this carry a jitterbug smart 2 ?

I'm about the same weight, but shorter. No, it doesn't fit or adjust to fit. I felt like I was trying to wear a woman's thong across my back. Fake leather, looked like garbage. I returned it immediately. Holster pouches do work for my fat ass. I copped me a sling pack to carry all my little shit when I don't have enough pockets.

Is it possible to wear only one side of the holster? For instance, the wallet but not the passport?

Its possible. All of the straps are detachable so you can move them around and change the fit for however you like.
