a very robust multivitamin formula in single-dose packets
This is a roll of vitamin packs. The roll feeds though the box, so you can rip a pack off and take it with you on-the-go, and without the fuss of opening bottles.I think there's an added benefit to this: because each serving is individually sealed, the remaining pills aren't exposed to humidity and oxygen. They're probably last a lot longer, especially in the summer. The formula itself is very robust nutritionally, however for some reason that's divided into different capsules. There's three different powder capsules and one with oils / fatty acids. One clearly has the vitamin Bs based on the color and flavor. The other two (2 of each) are impossible to identify. That could be important if you wanted to limit or avoid something (Diindolylmethane, for example), or if you wanted to be creative about dosing. But mainly I don't understand why they didn't blend them together and have 5 of the same capsules. The oil capsule seems legitimate, there is a faint taste of fish oil (if you open the capsule) which helps confirm what they claim on the box. I like that they had a diverse mix of fatty acids in this, usually you get a small, limited array. However, you probably need more of all of these than this one capsule. It seems like a very good multivitamin supplement. I think the price is still quite high, but it's not unheard of for this kind of product.

Convenient to-go pouches!
Great packaging idea, but does not really dispense easily out of the box. I like the listed vitamins & they all seem like great quality. These don't seem to give me heartburn like others or have a weird taste. They are a little higher priced than I'd like for a 60 day supply.Convenient little pouches of daily vitamins make it so much easier to remember & try to be healthy!

Super Convenient
I'm terrible about taking my vitamins. Something about having to open each individual bottle and take them when I'm busy in the morning is a huge obstacle. I like these vitamins because they are all gathered in one place. I don't have to open any bottles or count how many of a certain vitamin to take when still trying to wake up. Based on what I have read, these are actually good quality too. That is huge. The vitamins are everything I need without me having to research what I should be taking or if certain supplements have bad interactions. This takes the guesswork out of what I should take and makes the whole taking vitamins less of a chore. It's expensive, but so is getting everything individually. I feel great taking these vitamins; I have a good amount of energy, and no stomach upset. Overall, I'm really impressed.

An all-star line up of key nutrients that support women's health.
An all-star line up of key nutrients that support women's health. This selection of key health supporting formulas packaged together for simple convenient daily administration, is the way to go. These various health support formulas all stand alone as outstanding products unto themselves and when taken together are going to really deliver results, from what I understand. And it's not just a matter of having all of the right key ingredients here, it's a matter of having the right "forms" of those key ingredients... such as vitamin E, notice the single letter "d", in the front of the name, this signifies it's a natural source of vitamin E, as apposed to the letters "dl", which signify a synthetic source. And then there's vitamin B-12, it's in the form of methylcobalamin here, a much better absorbed form of B-12 from what I understand, compared to what most brands use, the cheaper, less effective form, cyanocobalamin. Also note the other nutrients listed, and how many time you see the word "extract"... this tells you you're not just getting crushed up pant material, your're getting a more concentrated form of the nutrient, usually standardized to a certain key level of measurement, as I understand it. So yes, this is a fine high quality set of vitamins, minerals and other nutrients that help support normal female health. Great product.

Essential Packets no longer come in individual packets.
Essential Packets no longer come in pre-separated packets. It is very hard to tear off the packets from the one long line of Packets and invariably, no matter how careful I am, I lose vitamins as it's too hard to tear off the packets without ripping some of them apart. Please could Designs for Health go back to pre-separate, individual packets as they did for years. It is a good product but now is not user friendly.

Great Supplement Assortment
This is a great mix of vitamin supplements. To be honest, some of the pills are pretty large, but swallowing is doable with enough water. Similar products on the market also have pills that are of close in size of these. Unfortunately, I can’t confirm any of the health claims made in the product description, but I can say that I haven’t experienced any negative side effects.

Good variety but expensive
I tried this supplement pack out because of the variety of vitamins and other supplements included in the pack. Its hard to tell how effective they are but I haven't experienced any negative side-effects. Maybe I have experienced an energy boost after taking them in the afternoon. They do seem very expensive though, and it might be better to buy the supplements individually and create your own packet.
