I don’t understand the bad reviews. I received 12 boxes in mint condition that expire in 2026. They came in a very large well sealed box. I love this pasta. It’s is not chewy as all it needs to be cooked within 3-5 minutes and it comes out perfect. It tastes like regular pasta but you can feel it’s healthier. Bo white flour. There is no added sugar. All natural. Someone wrote it’s higher in calories. It’s made with beans and peas. It’s healthy carbs and extremely high in fiber. As a thin athletic and extremely active woman this pasta is the best, keeps me skinny, healthy, and regular.

Let me make a quick list of pros and cons for you…Pros:– About 30% more nutritions than regular pasta– Won't cause a food coma regardless of the portion size– Tastes great– Excellent texture when cooked right– Funny orange color :)Cons:– Has 2 states of readiness: "al dente" and "soggy mess", with a very narrow margin of error– Very sensitive to the water's pH– You may want to experiment with different oils to get it right… with my water, it actually prefers butter to EVOO (which is not the case with their regular pasta).Cons, seller related:– Amazon's rough handling, at least half the time box was received with massive impact damage– Amazon price oscillations are designed to milk you dry if you subscribe to regular deliveries.

Love these noodles! A little healthier with the added protein. They are becoming harder to find locally so love that I can buy them on Amazon!

First time buying these with the extra protein. Made chicken Alfredo and used these noodles. They cook evenly and taste great. This shape holds more sauce! Really enjoyed these!
