It did not come with the male manifold fitting. What did come worked perfectly for me, but my manifold fitting was still OK

Will this work on a 6.0?

No this won't work because the length is to short. Better off buying some brake line and connections. That is if you have a flare tool.

will it fit ford 7.3 1999-1999.5?

It fit my 2001 f250 7.3. issue was quality, the bottom nut would not thread not cut deep enough. Cleaned and reinstalled the original tube. Returned the purchased one for refund.
