Super valioso este set de bandas para distintos tipos de ejercicios.

The bands get easily bunched a flipped when I am trying to use them for my workouts. It is inconvenient. I do like the different band resistant. I definitely feel the difference. Overall the inconvenience of keeping the materials from sticking to itself has limited my desire to use these.

First time buyer but I love the product.

I love resistance bands. I needed another set which is why I purchased these. I was happily surprised that this set is better quality than my last. Durable bands that will increase any workout.

all of the bands are way too easy. I have to use the Extra heavy to really get any resistance, so I am just going to use these for like bicep curls or things that require the bad to be stretched way more than around the legs.they are cute colors and love that they are labeled, but they roll and like I said the extra heavy is really the only one that actually works.

The minute I try to excersise they are rolling up or down onto themselves. It's a pain. Spend the extra $ and get better ones.
