You have to use 2 flat heads to pop 2 tabs simultaneously in order for this cover to come off. Also did not find an issue with the glare when lights were activated. My only gripe is mine did get foggy when it rained, and the lights heated up the cover. But, even then I don't believe I lost much light penetration.
