(it's easy to use
This is the 2nd JUNING box I purchased. The first one was from another vendor and I returned it. This Vendor has the box set up very user friendly. I am suggesting this box and Vendor to family members who are interested in this type of Android box. Now once I teach my technically challenged husband how to use it. (it's easy to use.....he is very technically challenged EX: doesn't know how to use a MAC machine, flip phones only, and I can not change cable companies because he will have to learn a new remote......very challenged LOL) Once he learns I will be downgrading my cable stations.Just watched Batman Lego movie with my grandson........he loves it as well.Thanks you!!Thank you!!

Now junk
Started out with a few issues was going to give it 4 stars, now tworking months later one box has bricked and I'm not getting any support all it will do is turn on to the Android screen and freeze and not do anything else.The other three boxes that I purchased work but are constantly buffering now reverie 5 10 seconds of movie that's been 20 seconds buffering and then watch another 5-10 seconds and then buffer for 20 seconds they've become total junk, I've tried resetting, I've tried clearing the cache and nothing fixes this problem. I reset the router and the network and nothing still constant buffering all the time on a connection speed of over 160 mb per second

not to be purchased
I really would like to return mine. It's not working properly all I it does it frustrates me with remote every time I click in an app to watch something it delayed the speech, boots me off and goes into in and off and restarting on it own - had it since May and I barely touch it - try to research how to make it better through reading reviews, but I am over it - can I please return this junk?!?!

Don't Waste Your Money!!!
A piece of junk. It lasted 2 months. Was in the middle of watching a movie and the system shut down abruptly. I was not able to turn the box back on. It died. A waste of money.

Was very difficult to navigate and set up. Broke after like 2 days. It would not power on. Sent it back
