I've been using these for years! I am EXTREMELY sensitive to some fragrances and plant derivatives. So it's been nice to be able to keep using these and so far they haven't changed the formula or sneaked in any additives I'm allergic to. I have compressed discs in my lower back and neck. Capsacin effectively numbs the aches when I overdo it a bit. These are really strong so don't leave them on too long or use them if you're going to be in the sun or bathing in warm water. They stay on forever but aren't too difficult to take off. Which you WILL have to do. They really don't come off on their own. I cut these large patches in half. That's plenty to calm down my lower back or neck nerves. I personally love the smell, but it's definitely noticeable. It's camphor-y and minty. But I don't think the smell travels much. You could definitely carry these around and slap one on at work if you're getting achy at a desk or standing job.

These are great! They are easy to put on and take off. I do use rubber gloves when I put them on, to avoid getting the pepper on my hands. They are a good size and they stay in place. They are better than some of the other pain patches I have tried. Have used them on my hip, back, neck and even my knee!

No heat and smells wicked that I couldn’t inhale when I opened the package. Literally took my breath away. I wouldn’t mind if there was heat. Absolutely nothing but a very smelly sticker.

I was expecting it to really sink into my pain, but it’s barely more than topical. Would not buy again.
