If weight is your first priority, then there’s probably not a saddle out there that is truly comfortable for you. I ride a Scott spark which only weighs about 11kg. I guess some would think I’m then crazy to put an 800 gram saddle on? Not even slightly. It transforms my bike into a couch. Rides are a joy rather than discomfort. Especially on longer rides. I can ride all day on this. Have fitted them to all my bikes. Note… They need riding to break them in. Took me about a week. After that, perfect.👌

I'm really pleased with the saddle, it's so comfy to ride my bike now as I opted for the Trekking bike saddle as it's a much better and comfortable than the one I had on before. It's made my commute to work more enjoyable now. It came with a waterproof cover too.

Very comfy, well-made, easy to fit. If I had a choice, I would like to see longer rails, 2 cm would make an incredible difference, so that I could sit further back. Certainly. The saddle was worth the money, and a similar saddle can cost loads more should you choose.

I think if you are transitioning from one of those daft hard racing seats then you will find this much more comfortable. It’s not as comfortable as the cheaper really padded seats, but it equally won’t smell as much after a few weeks. As someone who rarely stands while cycling, I can tolerate this seat with little pain for my normal daily cycle of 20 miles, which is above average cycling. If you are a Lycra lad or lady you may think it’s heavy, but I’d say it’s a standard weight for a decent seat. It’s a decent seat, probably aimed at commuting rather than racing

Put on my spin bike as the supplied saddle was NOT comfy. Although I’m not 100% keen on this one I can’t fault it and it is comfy for short periods on a spin bike. Easy to attach and good value.

I did not find this comfy at all some people might everyone's different but I sent it back and got a byking seat for half the price and I found it much comfier

Der Fahrradsattel ist sehr bequem und bietet durch die Federung eine angenehme Dämpfung. Auch bei längeren Fahrten sitzt man komfortabel. Die Verarbeitung wirkt hochwertig und die Montage war unkompliziert. Insgesamt ein sehr guter Sattel für den Alltag.

Siodełko zakupiłem do roweru trekkingowego. Przede wszystkim siodełko jest bardzo wygodne. Od momentu zakupu miałem okazję pojeździć na nim na dystansach do 4h ciągłej jazdy i w temperaturze do 20 stopni Celsjusza. Sprawdzało się bardzo dobrze. Jak będzie w przypadku wyższych temperatur to dopiero zobaczę. Uważam, że jest bardzo starannie wykonane. Samo siodełko, tworzywo i wykonanie, jest przyjemne dla oka i w dotyku. Pierwsze wrażenia są dużo bardziej pozytywny aniżeli siodełka fabrycznego zakupionego z rowerem.

2025 was a disaster for me. No physical fitness. Lots of binge eating, lots of stress. I decided 2026 wasn’t going to be a repeat so I got on my Peloton. I love cycling but let me tell you, the Peloton stock saddle ain’t all that. Cue my search for a better saddle. I tried the Bi-Saddle (which showed me I need a cutout as well as a wider seat), the “comfort saddle” (10.5 inches wide but the nose was so wide I was getting friction burns on my thighs and there wasn’t enough chamois cream in the world to make it stop), and the Velmia touring saddle (ding ding ding, we have a winner). The Velmia wins in every category. It’s approximately 7.32 inches wide in the rear and the nose is 1.75 inches wide. It has a cutout in just the right place so you don’t need to take a booty break every 30 seconds. It has padding but it’s the right amount to support your sit bones without being so plush you get saddle sores as the cushioning breaks down. (The Peloton stock saddle is 7 inches wide with a nose of 1.75 inches wide. Comfort saddle was 10.5 inches wide and nose was 2.25 inches wide—I provide this as a point of comparison.) It’s day 1 but I can already tell this is the right saddle. Now I’ll be able to finish century rides (imperial) instead of having to DNF after 10 miles from friction burns and chafing and I can’t wait. This saddle has huge bang for the buck and is the best replacement for the peloton stock saddle that I have found. 6/5 stars. Velmia, you hit it out of the park with this one!

Amazing seat, very comfortable, really saved my tush from the hard seat on my Giant Talon. Now can bike till the wheels fall off. Thank you Velma and Amazon!
