The Pukka brand is a well-known brand, I don’t think it needs to be introduced to anyone. :)I have consumed several types of tea before from Pukka.They are available in larger supermarkets.I’m so glad they’re also selling also dietary supplements because I didn’t know that before.But lately, I’ve been lucky enough to try out more products.They have a wide range of products and offer effective solutions for a variety of problems.The brand design is very eye-catching.It is youthful and different from the average on the market.About this product:The Inner Peace Organic Herbal Supplement is an organic preparation.It basically contains ingredients that provide peace of mind.Pl a lavender, ashwaganda, chamomile.It also contains iodine, which can be very helpful in thyroid problems.The capsules are medium in size. They have no unpleasant taste or smell. I use a lot of Pukka teas so was expecting a quality product. I had already tried their night time capsules and was surprised how effective they were. So I was keen to try out this supplement for times when I felt I could do with a bit of help to feel a bit calmer.I have found camomile tea has been the right thing at times helping calming some of the time the. These capsules are a combination of this herb with Ashwagandha, Lavender and iodine associated with supporting the nervous system and reducing anxiety.These are one months supply if taken 2 daily. The best before is long – 2 years and it advises using within 3 months of opening. The packaging looks quality, very similar to their tea and is compostable. The capsules are stored with the carton in a sealed silver bag.They are a usual capsule size and although I wasn’t necessarily expecting it but I felt their effect from the first day. They are more than I would usually pay for something like this but as they are effective and I don’t expect I will need them every day I am likely to purchase more when these run out. Definitely recommended.

I think it works for me by inducing a soothing effect in terms of lowering the heart beat and better quality sleeping in terms of longer sleep and nicer dreams. I wish I could run a blind placebo test, but whatever the reason behind feeling better, I have no incentive to challenge it.

My GF has a lot of stress so we always used PUKKA teas and they are quality products that always helped at least a bit. So we thought to give a try for these supplements as their ingredients are really good and the whole blend of Iodine, ashwagandha, chamomile and lavender should help to sleep and just feel a bit less stressed and more relaxSo you get 60 capsules which are 1 month worth of supply. They are packaged in a vacuum bag and then opened up the smell are really nice too like the tea. Tablets are a reasonable size and go down easily.Overall it is good to supplement, and the company itself are well known for its quality. The price is a bit high for one month but it's not so bad really, as the ingredients in the capsule are really good quality.

I am a fan of the brand and enjoy their teas. This looks like something you’d get in a food hamper and I don’t think it looks like a supplement in this fancy packaging!They come packed in a foil bag so it’s not just card that is keeping these fresh thankfully.Decent capsules, a bit expensive but it’s a known and trusted brand so probably a fair price for the quality.
