Great Filter and Great Price
Only filters I use. I’ve got a Street Glide and a Night Train and both have the trusted K&N brand filters. The built in nut on the filter makes it super easy to add and remove.

Top Quality Filters ! The nut is for removal ONLY !
I have been using K&N filters for my motorcycles for over 40 years. They have never let me down. Pro Tip: the 17mm nut on the filter is for REMOVAL ONLY ! Do not use the nut to tighten the filter. If I can't get it tight enough by hand I use a strap wrench on my Harley to tighten the filter.

Good filter removal design limited
Old filter was same design k&n and previous installer used gorilla strength to tighten down made it a big pain to remove. k&n should have made the body with hex flats as a backup removal. This socket hex they provided at the end is a formed shape and strips fairly easily. The bike had no room for a strap wrench. Finally removed with chisel and hammering at an angle on the base of the filter to remove it. Never over tighten any oil filter especially this style unless you want problems later.
