Ich war sehr gespannt auf das Gerät, da es mir helfen sollte meine Nackenschmerzen zu lindern. Es wurde geliefert und ich packte es aus. Musste leider feststellen, dass die Anleitung leider nicht in Deutsch mitgeliefert wurde. Auch der Stecker war nicht für unseren Stromkreis bestimmt. Ich kann manchmal nur den Kopf schütteln, ob sich jemand überlegt, wohin er die Ware schickt.Ich werde es nun verpacken und zurückschicken. Traurig, aber wahr.

This massage hammer works! There are 3 settings and several attachments that work for different problem areas. I use this often and would absolutely recommend to anyone who gets sore muscles.

The exchanged one works really well, and my brother is quite happy with it.But obviously, getting a defective item does leave a question mark on its product quality control process. The first massager wouldn’t start at all even after charging it all night, which was quite frustrating. At least they shipped the replacement right next day after requesting the exchange, and this time it worked out perfectly.Now, let’s move on to the price.This one is my 3rd massage gun and compared to other 2 , both of which cost me around $100, this one is quite pricey. I don’t think I would pay $239 ( shown on Amazon). But, with a 50% coupon offered at the time of this review (thus making it about $119) I would think it’s worth buying it for its quality as well as functionality. If I have received the working item at first, I would have given it 5 stars (with taking a 50% coupon into account).

The batteries last for 20 minutes. very upset.
