It looked used
When I got it, I removed it and immediately put it on the charger. When I went to see if it was charged, I noticed it had scuffs all over it, the piece that was in the extra bag had dust on it, and it was dingy. It also didn't charge. I was so disgusted. After I scrubbed my hand, I put it back in the box within hours, returned it, got a refund, and ordered a new one from the manufacturer's website.The new one is very different. It came in the same box. Where there was one circular seal on the box from here, there were two on the new one. There are no scuffs or dust. When I put it on the charger, lights indicated charging. The back of this one seems like a plastic, and the new one is a silicon even though they're the same model. I really believe they sent me a return. This is not the kind of product that should be used.

Whole new ballgame
Got this for my wife as a birthday gift. She’s never had an issue getting to her big moment, usually has two in a row. But this is some next level stuff. She actually squirted for the first time in her 35+ year sex life. Fairly obvious this is a game-changer for her. Pretty cool to watch!!!!

Disappointed :(
I’d heard for YEARS about how amazing the womanizer was, finally splurged after a xmas bonus and honestly I’m really disappointed. It dies after about an hour, randomly turns off during use, and is overall kind of weak. Reached out to customer support but still haven’t heard back. Hopefully it’s just a defective item.
