This NEA Die-Cast Aluminium Stockpot has been a brilliant addition to my kitchen! As a student who loves cooking but doesn’t have loads of fancy equipment, this pot covers all the basics and more. The 24cm size is just right for making stews, soups, or even a big batch of pasta when friends are over.The non-stick coating is fantastic—I can cook with minimal oil, and nothing sticks, which also makes cleaning up super easy. The tempered glass lid with a steam vent is a nice touch, letting me keep an eye on what’s cooking without lifting the lid all the time. Plus, it’s surprisingly sturdy without being too heavy, so it’s easy to handle even when it’s full.Overall, it’s a great value for the price, and it’s holding up really well even with daily use. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, versatile pot that doesn’t break the bank!

smaller than I wanted but just bought smaller quantities and really pleased with it , it came with covers for handles so as not to need to use oven cloth to lift during cooking, really love it. ideal for us oldies.

I opened the box with all the excitement of a kid on Christmas morning, only to find my stockpot looked like it had been in a fight with a pack of feral cats.The scratches are a nice touch if you're into the "distressed" look – you know, like those designer jeans that already have holes in them. But if you're hoping to impress your dinner guests with a sleek, shiny pot, prepare for some awkward glances and whispered comments about your cooking ware’s apparent journey through a scrap metal yard.On the bright side, the scratches do add a certain character. It's like the pot has a backstory, maybe it was a gladiator in a former life? Or perhaps it had a wild night out before settling down to a quiet life in my kitchen. Either way, this stockpot is clearly living its best scratched-up life.Functionality-wise, it’s a stockpot. It holds water, boils things, and does all the stockpotty things you’d expect. If only it didn’t look like it moonlights as a chew toy for a teething baby T-Rex.Would I recommend this to a friend? Only if I secretly didn't like them. So, if you have an arch-nemesis who enjoys cooking, this is the gift that keeps on disappointing.Joking aside, my stockpot arrived in a slightly distressed condition hence the one star review.
