Ordered a med-size door originally. Probably not great for cats until they are older and can push the door. Works great for accessing the garage to an enclosed breathable space for cat litter, and preventing dust from getting into the house and cats breathing in the dust. Had to add a bit of wood around the sides and top of the door to bring it level with the concrete footing of the garage wall that just made it almost too long to overlap the door pieces. The plan is now to get one for the screened porch so we don't have to open the door 15 times per day... P.S It did take some training for the cats to get used to it, the magnetics are fairly strong. We ended up taping the flaps up first. Then we had 1 on without magnets. Next step was 1 with magnets on which they had a bit of an issue so we split the flap on the inside. Now we have both flaps on, and we will most likely order a flap to replace the interior one. Otherwise great sturdy door that we can close when cleaning our large storage container cat litter box, and no more draft coming in the house from the garage in the winter. will see how it holds in the years to come.
