Essential Whey Protein with Fibre [Dutch Chocolate, 1kg] | 24g Protein & 10g EAA | Protein Powder Powered By Xymore Tech. | No Added Artificial Sweeteners, Flavours

I recently tried the Bigmuscles Nutrition Essential Whey Protein in Double Rich Chocolate flavor, and I have to say, I’m impressed! Each serving packs a solid 24g of protein, which has been a fantastic boost for my post-workout recovery. The addition of digestive enzymes is a thoughtful touch, as it has helped with digestion after intense training sessions. The chocolate flavor is rich and satisfying without being overly sweet, which I really appreciate. I also love that there’s no added sugar, allowing me to indulge my chocolate cravings guilt-free. I’ve noticed an improvement in my strength and muscle-building efforts since incorporating this protein into my routine. Additionally, the inclusion of vitamins and minerals gives me peace of mind that I’m fueling my body with more than just protein. Overall, Bigmuscles Nutrition Essential Whey Protein has become a staple in my fitness regime. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality whey protein! Value for money and Good for beginners

One of the best affordable whey protein available in the market, super smooth in mixing with water and the smell and taste of the flavour is nice.

Seeing such a low price, i bought the thing straight off and as soon as i got it and realised my mistake, i tried returning it but couldn't. Amazon says it's returnable but they referred me to the bigmuscles email and long story short, i got bagged. The first thing i noticed was the scoop size. Its 48g! When i compared the scoop provided in the box with a normal 30g scoop i had from my previous stock of whey, the difference was massive. And when you put 48g of this absolutely horrible powder into the shaker, it doesn't even have much space left for water. But this is not even the worst part. Get this, the bigger scoop size gets you even less protein ! The company claims 24g per scoop(48g) which is already pretty low considering the scoop size, it actually gives you just 19g. Some guy had the test done for this and posted the review. Adding to the already horrible experience, this thing tastes awful too. It's too sweet and the texture is so bad. I'm not even exaggerating, the first time i had this, i almost puked. I hope you don't meet the same fate i did. Edit - the actual scoop size is 78g !

Good bast ha

The taste and mixability is just fine but if you would look at the carbohydrates level and the % of protein it contains/Scoop is 50% If you're getting it around 1k then it will only last for 20 days considering you're taking one scoop/day. If you want lean muscle mass/trying to lose weight better go for products around 1.2k-.1.7k their services is about 30-34gm for 24g of Protein which would definately last for about a month with yes better protein quality and low carbs & NO maltodextrin. Hoping this would help.

Best Whey for beginners Have ordered 5 times till now no side effects. Results are good but for beginner level only. Mixability is also good, flavour is amazing. Muscle growth is pretty decent depends on your diet and workout. Would suggest not to have this with milk. With milk it was not suiting me but you can try as every body reacts differently to whey. Go for it if you are low on budget for protein this really helps but for advance muscle growth you need to mix good amount of diet along with whey to maximize your muscle gain. I would suggest order only from Prime Amazon account as this secure your product credibility. You can directly scan the product and check from bigmuscle website for product authenticity. You can trust on this review as I was too sceptical to order this looking at the price but it came out really good for the price given. If you are taking 1 scoop a day this will last around 15-20 days, if you are taking 2 scoops a day thn it will last for 10Days only.

Regret to say that recd the material in a different packaging and the taste is also not same. Like the original. So doubting it's origin. I bought this as the other one showing a bottle, I bought for my other house did milk whey

I started using BigMuscles Nutrition Essential Whey Protein after workouts to help my muscles recover and grow — and overall, I’m quite satisfied. The powder mixes easily without lumps and tastes good (especially the chocolate flavour). After a few weeks of regular use along with gym sessions, I felt that my recovery time shortened a bit — my muscles felt less sore the next day. Also, I noticed improved strength during workouts and a gradual muscle-gain, which makes it useful for those trying to build mass or tone up. According to the manufacturer, it's formulated to give a protein boost that supports muscle growth. It feels like a good value-for-money protein supplement if you don’t want anything too fancy or expensive. However, like with any whey protein, results don’t come overnight — you still need consistent workouts and proper diet. --- 👍 Pros: Mixes smoothly and tastes decent (especially chocolate flavour). Helps with muscle recovery and gradual strength/mass gains when paired with workouts. Affordable compared to many premium protein powders — cost-effective for beginners or budget-conscious users. Convenient to use (just mix with water or milk) — easy addition to post-workout routine. 👎 Cons / What to Keep in Mind: Protein supplements like whey aren’t magic — you need consistent exercise and nutrition for results. Some people may experience digestive issues if they’re lactose intolerant or sensitive to dairy. If overused or consumed without proper activity, excess protein/calories could lead to unwanted weight gain. --- ✅ Verdict BigMuscles Essential Whey Protein is a solid, budget-friendly whey powder that does what it promises — supports recovery, helps with muscle building, and gives an easy protein boost. It’s especially good if you’re starting out in fitness or want a protein supplement without spending too much. If you pair it with regular workouts, a balanced diet, and hydration, it’s a worthwhile supplement.
