Really nonstick
When Oxo says "nonstick", believe it! Another excellent and easily cleaned product which conducts heat evenly. I plan to buy other size pans.

A Great Non-Stick Pan That’s Free Of PFAS
My family has become very conscious about the amount of PFAS and similar chemicals that offer non-stick and waterproofing abilities to everything from frying pans to clothing. We wanted to retire our non-stick pans, and found that these ceramic-coated ones were not only highly rated by the leading consumer magazine, but they were very affordable. I bought this 12” pan first to see if it was all hype, or if they’d measure up in the real world.I was pleasantly surprised at how well it performed. It heated-up quickly and evenly. The design of the pan with the “squared” sides offered more usable area for cooking—with my previous pan, I could only cook one pancake at a time. This one lets me do two at a time—a real time saver. The non-stick ceramic coating is a dream—especially if you’re trying to cut down on fats and oils. You only need a little bit for most things, and the slippery surface really does the job. Eggs and omelettes just slip around like they’re on ice.Cleanup is super easy. Even though the manufacturer states that they’re dishwasher safe, they can be quickly cleaned in the sink with a dab of detergent and a sponge. Even cooked-on food releases easily. It feels very durable and substantial. I’m not babying it, but I only use plastic and silicone tools when cooking. I would be hesitant to use any sort of metal spatulas or similar tools with it.The manufacturer also states that they’re good for temperatures up to 600° F. I haven’t used it for anything higher than stovetop cooking on medium/high heat or for a quick trip of a few minutes under a 500° F broiler to finish an egg dish. I have a well-seasoned cast iron skillet that I use for high heat cooking like searing steaks and broiling, so I probably won’t be pushing this OXO gear to its thermal limits.I was so impressed with how this 12” pan worked after using it for over a month, I bought a second one, as well as the 10” & 8” set. The old non-stick pans with the PFAS coatings are headed to the recycling bins.

Absolute garbage. Do not buy if you want a non-stick pan that lasts.
This pan is garbage and OXO/The Cookware Company customer service is awful. I purchased this six weeks ago. It has been used about 15 times and worked perfectly for about 10 uses. I have only cooked ground beef and chicken thighs in the pan. About 10 uses in parts of the pan became non stick and it just got worse until the whole pan is worse than a dry stainless pan.I contacted OXO customer service and after a few days they told me to contact The Cookware Company for warranty. After a number of back and forth emails with The Cookware Company where they asked for duplicate info multiple times and requested pictures of the pan their response was to send me cleaning instructions. I told them that I cleaned it multiple times with the same result and then they told me they would not offer any warranty. I have been a fan of many OXO products, but I will never buy anything with their branding on it again. This is the worst non-stick pan I have ever used and the customer service was abysmal. I went back to the tried and true Tramontina. I thought I was getting an upgrade at twice the price from OXO. What I got was a piece of crap shaped like a skillet.

Excellent Non Stick Pan
This is a higher quality saute and fry pan. This pan features more surface than a 10 inch pan. If treated with respect This pan will last many years and keep the non stick surface. Dont use sharp tools, Dont overheat, Keep light oiled while cooking, etc. I use on an induction cooktop and it heats up quickly. Love it. Good value.

Great pan! *updated review with one ding on a star
I like nonstick pans because I eat a lot of egg whites. My last nonstick started having that Teflon surface flaking off. I bought a carbon steel pan in hopes of avoiding the chemicals. Carbon steel pans need a lot of TLC like a cast iron skillet. The carbon steel pan I bought is nice enough but I’ve still not managed to season it enough to become non-stick.Then this OXO pan came to my rescue. I’m so in love with this pan and it’s generous frying surface because it doesn’t have rounded sides. I can toast for burger buns in it at once. I sauté and fry in this pan. I love sautéing main ingredients for sauce like ground meat, onions etc and then being able to pour in a bunch of liquid whether it’s tomato sauce, broth or whatever. Essentially, a pan for one stop cooking. Where has this beautiful ceramic non stick surface been all my life?I use this on a glass top stove and it takes slightly more time to heat up compared to other pans I’ve had but when it does it holds and even heat. Reliable cooking. I can even whip up a whole batch of egg whites with spinach, peppers, etc with no sticking! Completely passed the egg white test. I eat egg white burritos everyday so this is really important to me. It also cleans off anything I cook like a good nonstick pan can do. I could wipe it clean with only a paper towel if I wanted to: That easy.I highly recommend this pan. Happy cooking!Update 7/3/2022As great as this pan is with egg whites, which is super important to me because the sulfur in egg whites helps my joints and I can't tolerate so much lecithin in yolks (tmi, I know) but this pan is quite terrible with steaks. This pan is still worth it to me for the way great way it handles eggs but as far as steaks go, I'd highly recommend this one:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07KPV97CL/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1Outstand sear on steaks with this one.
