BESTVITE L-Tryptophan 500mg with B3 & B6 (120 Vegetarian Capsules) – No Fillers – No Stearates

Actually worked pretty good for mild anxiety. I chose this company bc everything is manufactured & tested in USA so I can feel safe taking it. I have tried ssri's but am uncomfortable with the long term affects. My anxiety is pretty mild, this stuff works.

Even though I already took melatonin an hour before bedtime, I was still having trouble getting to and staying asleep. This L-Tryptophan seems to have done the trick since I added it at bedtime. I'm sleeping well and feeling much better.
