Castle Diary Paperback – 3 July 2014

My children love to read and this is one of their new favorites. It is very full of historical information and contains a story that transports the reader back in time. It is really a great addition to any home or school library.

Great fun and very educational. My daughter (6) enjoys all the books in this series. The text and illustrations are nicely interwoven.

I wish I had this book when I was a kid. My brothers would have killed for it. It is funny and informative. It has a story to it and a lot of information. It should really appeal to kids interested in medieval times and help to spark interest in the uninitiated.

This is the real, full sized, color version. Beware the “new” version.

This book was a great find. My class was doing a project about castles and reading this to them every day helped with the understanding of what happened in a castle, who worked there, and some of the events of the day.
