Madison Park Faux Fur Reversible Comforter Set, Down Alternative Filling, Modern Quilted Bedding with Matching Shams, King/California King, Black

At this price point, and with this fabric type (reading the fine print, this is dreaded polyester), I didn't have very high expectations, but took a chance on it because of the OEKO-TEX chemical free promise and encouraging reviews. I'm very glad I did, because it has turned out to be the coziest, most comfortable comforters I have ever purchased. The texture alone is 10/10, front and back, it's so soft to the touch. Where as the top is a very pleasing feeling faux fur, the underside is just pure luxurious softness. Not sure how they turned polyester into this texture, but whatever they're doing, everyone else should be copying. I'm so tired of these scratchy, papery thin microfiber undersides on comforters. This is how the underside of a comforter should look and feel. So, the softness aside, the second best part about this comforter is its weight. I don't know how to describe it other than a perfect amount of heaviness. You crawl under it and it just feels so... comforting. Other features of note is that it looks nice and it washes well in terms of durability and no pilling. I can tell it's just not going to fall apart anytime soon. Now, I would love to say that it looks exactly the same after a number of washes, but at about wash number 6 (at low, light, handwash, cold settings), the faux fur has started to lose that silky luster it had when it first arrived. I find this only a minor issue, though, and would only take about a half a star off the rating if it was possible to do so. Because, regardless, the comforter still looks really good, just less shiny. One thing I would recommend doing, though, is moving the comforter a little lower on your bed than you might be used to doing, so that when you sleep, only your sheet is anywhere near your face. I did once wake up to the furry side up against my eyeball, which was a pretty painful, eye watering affair for a few minutes, but this can happen when anything rubs up against your eyeball when sleeping, like actual fur from cats. Anyways. Again, this comforter is surprisingly high-end feeling for the price and I would highly recommend it. Totally love it!

Beautiful comforter set, it's so soft and looks very luxurious. It has made my room elevate, this comforter is a great set, it's warm and cozy. I highly recommend this comforter set you will fall in love!!!! It's not super thick but is just enough. You will sleep nice and cozy, it looks exactly like the photo. I haven't washed it yet. It was a great price for this luxurious comforter set. I want all the colors!!!

Very soft! Not too heavy and not too light. Works great with my bed jet!

I have had a smaller version of this blanket on my recliner for a year now. I love it for the comfort it brings as well as the warmth. Sometimes we feel like a little self-care is needed and you can have it with this beautiful blanket. I bought the King size version and recommend the size because why not? You cant have to much of this softness. It washes/drys well looks new right out of the machine. It has a nice amount of weight feel. Would be a wonderful addition for a family group to snuggle up with in front of Christmas movies and cocoa. Because of menopause I am hot most nights and long for the Fall/Winter when I can have a colder room and snuggle up with a blanket at night. Imagine yourself engulfed in a giant cloud. No pain from joint presssure because there is extra blanket to tuck underbody parts. For the price It was well worth just one day of use. But I think you will love it and buy another one. Go bigger in size cant have to much of this softness. I did not receive any comp for my comment. God bless.

Sheds…A LOT at first but I didn’t notice it too much after a little time. Outside of that it’s incredibly soft, comfy and I never want to leave my bed. 100% worth the purchase and the shedding

It is absolutely the most Gorgeous and Beautiful and Soft and Heavenly feeling Faux Fur Comforter of All the faux fur items I've ever bought; Imo Lol! I Love It!!! Sadly, mine is ruined now by the fluffing it up in a dryer that had plenty of room for it; but I guess the faux fur couldn't handle even the low/cool heat; it's completely ruined and the once Gorgeous faux fur is really smashed in multiple large areas, to where it is sadly just trash now for me. I am so sad and upset and depressed about it. I wish I could go back and never ever put it in the dryer. However, also my bad luck, Imo lol, that it's also past the date for any exchange or help or anything.

I love everything about this bed cover. The cover feels luxurious and warm. It looks like real fur and fits my california king perfectly. I love that I don't need a blanket. I just put the sheets and the cover on the bed. The fur bedspread is the perfect weight for just sheets and the bedspread. It's a great deal and nice quality, and the color is beautiful 😍.

Update: I washed it on cold and delicate. Also added a little vinegar. Dried on fluff (no heat) for 16 hours 😣. It looks brand new. Still damp so I hung it over the couch to dry. I believe as long as no heat is used, itll stay like new. Old review: I got this because I bought the Ashley sectional and I love the material on the sectional and I was looking for something like that for my bed. It’s better than expected. Please get this. He will not be disappointed. It’s so soft if it was just like my couch, I am in love with this set.

I love everything about this set....i have a queen size bed which is 22" in depth, so i ordered the king/cal king and it fits perfectly...so id advise you size up as other reviewers have said, if like me you want it to hang lower to the frame....it washed GREAT on gentle in cold water, experienced no shedding, it's so soft, warm yet not too warm, heavy and yet not too heavy, and soooo soft. ...it's truly perfect. I'm eventually gonna order the grey for spring and summer. Highly recommend the set.

Very soft and comfortable comforter. Have yet to see how easy or hard it is to clean however is very nice. The king fits over a king size bed however it is not long enough to drape over the box spring if that matters to you

Soft and warm, washes nicely and didnt melt in my dryer like my previous comforter. Ive had it for over a year and the stuffing hasnt bunched and the threads havent fallen out. Will buy again in the future and will recommend it to anyone looking for a nice fuzzy and warm comforter.
