Scarlet Paperback – January 11, 2017

Read it on my KU but loved it so much I bought it! (Insta-love, sweet, steamy, safe, light read.)I loved this novel. It had everything I love in my books: alpha hero, caring and possessive hero, sweet and shy heroine, loyal hero, sweet with spice love story, hero was heroine's first and great chemistry all around. There was like almost no conflicts. It was just a smooth ride from start to finish. Just sit back and enjoy the ride;)Heroine visiting grandma for the summer. She is shy, nerdy, sweet and innocent. Hero sees her and is instantly attracted. He is older, mature, sexy, strong alpha male. He works around grounds, like handyman, but he is the owner of his company. Heroine comes from money.They keep bumping into each other and heroine's grandmother even tries set them up. Well doesn't take long for these two to feed off the attraction. Heroine is scared at first but hero wouldn't be denied. Claims her after first time, with "mine" possessive talk.Romance escalates with them getting to know each other, plenty dirty talkin, flirting dialogue and steamy scenes. Hero does have an emergency but he is quick come back and continue corse they are on.I am not lying when I say these scenes were dirty, sexy steamy. The man was going to "mark" his territory inside and out! He was not letting heroine out of his side. Love how sassy heroine gets as she grows in their relationship. He is all for chaining heroine tobhim, even if he has to get her pregnant. She was all like "okay". Loved it.The story just smoothly gets to the HEA later half of the book. But what a sweet and steamy ride to that point! I lovedthe novel and highly recommend it. Safe read. Light read. Steamy read. Hero heroine's first. Re read for me. Book boyfriend material here. I would love this sexy, dominant Frenchman!******** Big bad wolf******“You’re so big.” I swallowed the lump in my throat as I gripped the ##### in my small fist. I don't mind lowering my standards of writing for this genre, but this book is nothing but a waste of time. The author's writing comes across as amateurish, incapable of producing any kind of emotional response, excitement, or enjoyment. Characters are poorly written. They probably can be described in two words each. After the many pages of filler that revolve around an uninteresting description of the female protagonist's grandmother and grandmother's house, the two main characters meet. This meeting involves the female tripping, the male catching her, instant attraction, and then the female running and hiding like a girl with a crush in middle school. This writing is on par with what the average fifteen year old may consider a decent love/erotic story.Later, the book does not fail to provide more useless descriptions that will bore you endlessly making each page turn a triumph. You will be able to read descriptions like "hand-designed and carefully crafted furniture" that give your mind no way of actually imagining the scene/objects because the adjectives the author includes are so useless. Don't expect the erotic parts to be written any better.I should have looked at the book's preview before purchasing. Just glad that was only a 99 cent mistake.

This sweet story marries the classic with the modern fairytale, it's a short/fast pace plot with a juicy and enjoyable background story with instant lust/chemistry making panties melt in the whole journey. I adore all the book from the author and this one wasn't an exception, i loved as the rest.Both characters were very lovable and i liked the age difference between them Beau was overprotecting over her and saying lustful things all the time (it was like a wet dream) he is also big, sexy and Alpha all the way another contrast to the sweet, petite, shy, young Scarlet. The explicit scenes were super hot, the dialogues sweet yet enjoyable and end of course was sugary all the way..definitely recommend this beauty, i hope you enjoy it as much as i did.~ And just like that the Big, Bad Wolf found his little redhead who stole his heart...~

This book was middle of the road for me. It had all the sexy alpha goodness I love and adore. Plus a baby thrown in there! But... there's a point where he tries to tell her she's pregnant and she basically says "I can't be. You can't get pregnant the first time." First of all, they had been having unprotected sex for like a month. Second, why are females portrayed as being ignorant of their own bodies? Huge eye roll moment for me. Other than that this was an ok book but not a re-read for me.

It was a quick read, inta-love, alpha male, and highly sexy. What I didn't like about it, I wanted more, I wanted more of a story more of a story line, I wanted it to go deeper in the characters , deeper in the why, or the how or the drama . I really liked Beau & Scarlet, and this would have been a 4 or 5 star read for me, but I never really felt THEIR connection to each other. I felt a connection to Scarlet and I felt a connection to Beau, but I didn't feel them together. Nothing specific to pinpoint. I did enjoy it! : )

Poor story profession . Simple immature characters. Very rushed ending . Believable i.e. Daughter goes away for a few weeks meets back with parents getting married and pregnant

Sweet and cute, naughty and fast, I loved it, it was amazing and I could not put it down till I finished it! ^_^

I love all Aria Cole's books an this one was no exception, a fantastic read!
