Amazing stuff!
I used this product on my black leather BMW seats. They were slightly faded and had scratches in them. It drove me crazy. I was nervous to use this, but they came out looking great! Very happy. It's like shoe polish for leather seats. I applied 3 coats ro the feont seats and only 1 to the back (less wear). Be sure to apply small amounts in a circular motion. It will look a bit streaky at first, but once you finish a section, go back over it with a damp cloth. It looms like it it's taking the color off, but it's not. It's saturated into the leather at that point. Highly recommend!

Does a decent job
I just currently bought my 4th Mercedes Benz which was a CPO and has black leather seats. The seats were not in too bad a shape but very dull from what looks like a combination of damage from direct sunlight, and a lack of hardly being treated with leather conditioner. I am very nit picky when it comes to my vehicles so this dullness really irritated me when day-time hours made it more noticeable. I read the reviews and decided to try this product. Let me just say, I don't know what it will do for extremely damaged seats, but if you're looking to restore the finish to lightly scratched leather and bring back the shine, this does the trick. It's a bit pricey for the size but worth it. I thought the protectent was included as I would've liked to have tried it, but only the balm and sponge came with.

Works as described
It brought the color back as described. It's not a perfect job but my 30+yr old furniture was already looking spotty so expect spots and a few streaks.I followed the directions and the best results were on my cushions. Don't use a lot of product. A small amount on the sponge applied in a circular motion and totally rubbed out. Your better off going over the piece twice because too much product will leave dark spots which are hard to blend out.One tub covered front/back/sides of my chair, Ottoman, 4 cushions and the front and sides of my 84" sofa.My room is rather dark and the furniture actually looks brand new. Tomorrow as per the instructions I'll use a leather protector/conditioner.

Buy it!
Aside from my seats being 22 years old, I had some paint specks on the passenger seat. Clyde’s was easy to apply and made my seats look brand new. Highly recommend if your seats are dull or faded looking

Didn't work for me
I spent over $60 on Clydes products (Leather Prep and Deglaze and Light Beige Leather Recoloring Balm) to try to repair my cream leather chair that has a stubborn sunscreen stain. First impression was that the product sizes were ridiculously small (see photo with ruler). The Leather Prep was 2oz or 4 tablespoons to remove the leather factory finish. Although I was working on a small area of the chair, I barely had enough product for the job. The Recoloring Balm is 1.7 oz. Second observation was that the Leather Prep smells an awful lot like pure acetone. The ingredients are acetone, methanol and ethanol at a cost of $29.99 for 2 oz! But I tried to think positively and followed the directions to the letter. The factory finish (together with the sunscreen stain) came off with the Leather Prep. I then moved on to the Recoloring Balm. The light beige was more of camel color than an off white. Using a very small amount on the foam sponge provided, it went on unevenly and the resulting splotchy color was just as unsightly as the original sunscreen stain! I cleaned the leather again for a second try but had the same unsatisfactory result. This product may work if you are changing the color of a light leather item to a darker color but please note how expensive it is. I wish I had put the money I spent towards a new chair.

I ordered the large size. When I opened the jar - it was half full - buyer beware.

Do your research on this product first!!
What they don't tell you in the Amazon description is all of their other products you need to buy to make this product successful. Your leather must be absorbent (?) or you need their Prep & Deglaze, but first you should use their cleaning foam. It's never-ending. Go to their website first!

came unacceptable and misleading add
product seal came broken open and looked half empty on top of that they show a picture of a couch but you will be lucky to do one cushion as it is a very small bottle
