Great gift!
My step-daughter got a new laptop for her birthday, so I bought this laptop case as an accompanying gift. She absolutely loves it! The Lilly P pattern is beautiful. I will say that the case is larger than I’d expected but the size has worked out well for her.

This is such a cute laptop case. I love it! First one came in the mail and the zipper was all messed up the bag was ripped and I was upset. I reached out, filed for a replacement and boom they sent it to me. Great customer service. Thank you!!

Looks nice on outside defective on inside
Computer bag good but the small bag with it had too much fabric and stuck in zipper . The only way to make zipper work would be to tear inner liner. I gave this as a gift to my wife and I'm disappointed. So being two item I'll do this on a 50% for each 100% being g great score durability 50%, appearance 75%, versatility 50%, performance 50%, fit 75%. I would contact manufacturer, not an option, I could return all needed computer bag most. So when shopping I will look for other manufactures at this point.
