This product works and works exceptionally well! If directions are followed, anyone should be happy with the results. In my particular case, the product virtually restored a badly stained carpet. The fragrance can be a bit heavy, but it's worth putting up with for the results. I will continue to have this in the house as long as I have dogs or dogs that visit.

I have an 15 year old beagle and he just can't hold his bladder like he use to. When he has an accident I use this to clean up the odor off the wood floors. Sometimes I apply a light spray a second time, just to be sure. At first there is a chemical smell from the product, but after the 2nd day, no odor is left and my other younger dog does not even notice where the accident happened. I have used this product for all the many years that I have had dogs, both puppies and older pets.

I did not get the full urine smell to go away. The stain was lessened, but not gone. I'm probably not going to buy this again.

Does not work...smell still there but the area is roped off so pup can't go there again.

it doest get rid of the stain, but it reduces the smell by alot. maybe it works good on newer stains but for old ones, i think this product sucks.

We foster dogs that may come directly from a shelter. The males aren't housebroken and may not be neutered yet so there is a lot o marking indoors. There are many times this product has been used and it works.

First of all, I received this the day after I ordered it with 2-day prime shipping. Second of all, I had my skepticism about how well this was going to work. Day one, intense dog pee smell in our stairwell from the previous tenant. Day two, smells like cleaner. Day three, doesn't really smell like anything.Really, I'm quite impressed, because the dog pee had gone through to the floorboards, and new padding and carpet had been laid down over top of it. Amazing product.

This product works pretty well but it may take more than 1 treatment. I used it for cat urine on a pleather couch of all things! I was shocked at how well it did. But the smell eventually returned, definitely not as strong though. It will need another treatment.

This stuff is da bomb. It helps so much when your animla leaves a mess!

I could still smell the urine after using this product and the dog continued to return to the spot to toilet again.
