We like these since we are trying to get away from using plastics and the accumulation of microplastics in our food. They seem to be a nice substitute to the hard plastic cutting boards. Good range of sizes to accommodate what we are cutting at the time.

These are great cutting boards. I love them so much I bought six sets and gave them as gifts for Christmas. I've been trying to get away from the microplastics that contaminate food with plastic cutting boards. I searched extensively until I found these. They do have a certification that they are truly food grade silicone. They are nice easy to use and heavy and grip well to the counter. They hold up well and so far I've had them two months with no knife marks. I use very sharp Henkels pro series knives and so far so good! They're great because you can flex them to pour the chopped food into your bowl or pan. I'm glad I wasn't swayed by the poor reviews. I have no idea how those people cut through these without trying really hard to do so. They seem like they'll last a very long time if you take good care of them. I also toss them in the dishwasher and they do great!

We ordered these because of the safety food grade angle and we're glad we did however from a pracitcality side they stain very easily. It's easy enough to bleach quickly but that's something I never had to worry about so much with the plastic cutting boards.

These silicone cutting boards are a great value since they come in a 3 pack. They fit nicely in my cabinets due to their bendy nature. I wash them in the dishwasher and they come out perfectly clean, unlike some plastic cutting boards that stain. They protect the counter well and are slip resistant. I can see cut marks when bending the product backwards so I know I will have to replace them over time, but they are a great alternative to others that shed microplastics into your food.
