I purchased this as gift for my brother and his amazing formally feral kitten , Alice. We selected the medium size for Alice because she is 6 pounds at 8 months old and still growing. She is a long and lanky cat. She fits perfectly in the medium bag. She has just enough room to be comfortable. I caution against the smaller bag unless you have a truly tiny animal. The medium is not an overly big bag. It does look about the size of a regular sized knapsack. The netting is dark and the bag black so it conceals the cat well. My brother takes her everywhere in this bag and most people never notice the cat ...plus he is already past them if they do notice. No store as of yet has asked him to leave with his cat in this bag. He also rides his bike with her in this bag. There is a extra waist strap for the wearer to make the bag secure.Alice , took very well to this bag. She loves looking out at the world though the netting. There is a attached clip leash inside the bag for extra security. There is a lot of ventilation to the bag.The bag is well made. The straps are padded so it's very comfortable. The netting is very strong and secure. The bottom is extra sturdy so there is very little sag.Overall we love the bag and find it an excellent product.Bonus. They included a beautiful colorful harness and leash with the bag . It was not in the listing but a nice surprise.

This was purchased as a gift for Xmas. Seemed to be made well. Don't know about their functionality. Service was very prompt without any issues.

My dog weighs about 10lbs (smaller dog). The bottom was not sturdy and was uncomfortable against my back. I wore it hiking where I would need to go across several bridges and have my dog safe. The straps on the shoulders rubbed me raw where I had burns and they were not made of breathable material. This is definitely made for someone bigger because my shoulders are slender and this was pretty wide. Great thought on the idea, but a few things could improve.

So glad I bought this bag. My cats hard carrier was so hard to carry as its heavy and she like to sit at the back. She normally cries the whole way to the vet and back. This time, she cried for a few blocks there then went to sleep and on the way back only made noise for a minute before calming. It doesn't hurt when she shifts and moves around and is easy to carry in the front or back. Highly recommended

When my dog is in it she is 8lbs it doesn't hang right . The bottom doesn't sit right. It folds on her.

My cat is ok with traveling in this, which is amazing!It had a bit of a chemical smell at first, I left it outside for a little while until it went away.
