I like these magnesium gummies and take them myself and find they make a difference. I have been choosing this brand because many others did not include probiotics, which are essential for my gut. I say "get the job done" because some batches taste good and others (like the current bottle I have) seem to lack flavor and are a little waxier. I usually purchase them at Whole Foods, but the price was better on Amazon, so maybe the recipes are slightly different. Either way, I will continue to purchase these, I do notice I feel better when I take them (or I notice when I don't!).

I love the brand and what it stands for, I always go for anything natural and organic. These gummies specifically has helped with digestion and my energy levels. I sleep easier and since I’m currently pregnant I was experiencing muscle cramps on my calves when I would go to sleep. Since I started taking magnesium I’ve noticed that my muscles stay more relaxed and I haven’t been in pain at all. I also have noticed my fatigue has decreased and I’m able to get through the day while being heavily pregnant.

And I’m so glad I decided to buy them anyway because I have used their other products and found them to be as advertised. The thing that threw me off from these reviews were all the bad taste/texture comments. So I have a health issue that causes some things other people find normal tasting to sometimes taste off to me - beef for instance can be gamey or milk can taste sour when it’s not etc. so I’m a very picky eater. I’m also a texture person - my fiancée has the powder Calm stuff & I can’t use it because I can tell it’s mixed in; same thing with Metamucil. So with that as a background, let me say that these taste great to me, I can taste a very faint non-raspberry taste in the background but it quickly disappears. They don’t upset my stomach at all, they don’t smell bad and they have helped my sleep and digestion already. Addressing the texture comments, I’ll say that they definitely aren’t as soft and chewy as gummy bears, the best way I can describe them is like Dots candy. So a similar type of candy to a gummy but definitely a different texture overall - and not bad in any way. So that’s it - if you’re hesitant because of those reasons I say give them a shot!

These gummies filled the entire room with a horrible odor as soon as I opened the jar. They weren't expired or melted, and they did taste fine. I just couldn’t handle the smell and ended up tossing them in the trash after a few days.

They do not help me sleep. I will not buy them again.

Tienen un sabor muy malo, leí comentarios que decían tener buen sabor pero al menos las que me llegaron no saben ricas, solo con abrir el bote tiene un aroma fuerte a "algo" convinado con plástico, el sabor es igual fuerte pero no sabe nada bien, masticar eso me da asco, he comprado otras gomitas del mismo sabor de otras marcas y muy buenas pero estas saben mal, además cuando abrí el botecito se levantó el sello facilmentr sin que yo lo abriera,es más se levantó junto con la tapa ,ahora tengo la duda si me tocaron unas malas o realmente son asi, malas. De momento he comido 3 gomitas y la verdad no me dan ganas de seguir probando ese mal sabor. No las volvería a comprar. Le pongo 1 estrella por que ni se puede regresar, no hay reembolso y tendré que tirarlas.

Súper ricas y me encantaron porque sentí un bienestar en mi salud, además que son gomitas con un buen sabor y me ayudaron a la digestión y sueño
