Worth the money!! It's very sturdy and warms up your knee improving the blood flow. I'll be honest, Don't expect immediate PRs, as this is not a "Knee WRAP". It's compression is only for protecting knee tendons from snapping away under huge loads through equal pressure application.Overall, Totally loving the product!!
