The sweats started 2 months ago, and I could not believe that this was what the actual definition of a hot flash was. I ordered this 3 weeks ago, and as of this week this is the first week that I actually forgot that I had hot flashes. I initially was so scared that this wasn't going to work. When the flashes first started, they would hit every hour on the hour without fail. I tried estroven, didn't work at all. 4 weeks on it. Nothing. Then I saw the review for this, on a whim. I finally am able to wake up after a good 7 hours of sleep, instead of every hour on the hour to throw myself over the fan, open every window, and wait for relief. This stuff really works. I am able to go to the grocery store without looking like a suspect about to rob the store because of all of the sweat streaming from my head to my toes like I had just shoplifted everything in the store.
