Comfort fit
A little hard to fit the tube into the nasal pillow but works well once I got it put together

Fits the assembly and is relatively durable.

Absolute garbage.
Cheaply made garbage. Look at the user pics. I have gone through two of these now. Both hoses disintegrated where the hose meets the rubber end molding. Same failure mechanism both times. Only used each one a short time, not sure how long, but not very long. I'm not going to keep buying these stupid pieces of junk. Not sure why I buy this from non-Resmed accessory, but I def need a new plan.

Long Tube Worked Fine.
Did not need the short tube as the long tube reached the mask well.

Works, tubing not as durable as resmed, tough to insert into nose pillow.
As Resmed products a #10 this product #7. This product good for a quick reasonable priced overnight "back up" to the real thing. My original Resmed tubing part lasted way over ten years. The part of this tubing that goes into nose pillow has sharp ridges, makes it more difficult to squeeze into nose pillow opening and maybe stress the silicone nose pillow material. In fairness the original Resmed tubing not easy to insert into Nose pillow either. Clear tubing of this product looks eventually easy to crush on toss and turn night of sleep. I have now used cpap for way over a decade and I know my parts.
