I just have to say how much I love this smart toilet. I totally did my research and I really feel that this bidet is not just an affordable option, but also has all the bells and whistles of the more expensive brands. From the easy purchase, to it being delivered on time you can see the care that was put into upon opening as it was securing protected in the packaging with all that it came with for install. My licensed plumber I use for all my plumbing repairs & replacements was able to install the toilet in under 2 hours with no issues. It was the first time he had installed a bidet toilet like this and to his surprise he was able to hook it up with ease and under the time he thought it was going to take him. The installation and operation manual is easy to follow and simply stated. I was so excited to try out the toilet and all the amazing features. As I approach the toilet the lid immediately lifts and to my surprise, the seat was already heated, what a nice feeling I must say. I then tested out the bidet features that were very accommodating, I appreciated the adjustments to both the rear and the front features for the whole family to use with comfort. I also enjoyed the different temperature settings on each feature. The drying element is very useful and effective too! I will say, the toilet's one-piece design looks modern & sleek and is amazing for us clean freaks – cleaning is a breeze! I can’t stop raving about this BidetMate toilet – Happy shopper over here.

I have had this bidet for 20 months. My husband and I absolutely cannot live without a bidet ever again. We have no complaints and have had such a great experience with our BidetMate. It works perfectly and we really like all the great features this bidet has. I cannot recommend this enough. It will change your life for the better!

I loved the unit initially. I had to hire a plumber and electrician to install. After 1 year, the connection between the unit and the water supply hose sprung a leak. The connection is plastic. The hose is a very specific threading that is not sold in the United States. Tried to reach customer service and at first they responded asking for photos and a detailed explanation. I provided all of the documentation, including the service receipt from the plumber that came out to attempt repair. Since then, silence. No response, no help. This is an incredibly expensive item to have cheap plastic parts and zero customer service. Another issue is that it often flushes just by sensing someone walk by. I can’t imagine how much water has been wasted in the one year I’ve owned it. So disappointing. I own TWO of these units and I’m just hoping the other one doesn’t fail in the same way. Would not recommend.

I never leave reviews. So this company is INCREDIBLE. Our toilet seat broke and they immediately sent a replacement two years down the line. The flushing mechanism was making a noise last year and they also immediately replaced it. The toilet is exactly what we or anyone could ever want. It’s perfect. Very luxurious.

After weeks of research I finally settled on the BidetMate 6000 Toilet, and I could not be happier. The toilet was installed by my plumber and other than having to shorten the length of the angle valve (because I did not want a hole cut in my wall to relocate the water line) the installation went well. The features of the toilet are plentiful. From the kick button to the user friendly remote control I am very pleased. The toilet is well built using ceramic for the toilet bowl and a thermo plastic for both the seat and the lid. I wanted to purchase another toilet from Amazon because of the two hundred dollar discount, whereas the maker's of the toilet charge the nearly full price of fifteen hundred if you buy from thier website. Thankfully, I was able to find it at the Amazon discount price elsewhere.

The toilet is working correctly however the plumber I hired to install it discovered that the packaging was missing two bolts. Initially it was difficult to contacted the manufacturer since I live in FL and the company is in WA. Due to the time difference and the plumber being at my house waiting to do the work (and me paying by the hour for his work) not being able to contact someone in WA was a problem. I contacted Amazon who gave me the option of returning the toilet and getting a new one. Not an option for me since it was all unpacked and very heavy. Finally was able to contact manufacturer for the missing bolts and was offered a gift card by Amazon. Luckily my plumber was able to substitute the missing parts temporarily. This is a very expensive bidet so I really wanted it to work correctly now and in the future.

Works perfect and easy to install.

I researched bidets for a year and a half before purchasing this one. I chose it for several reasons… no blu night light, the beep sound per command is tolerable, it’s beautiful looking and the price, reasonable… it’s been a year and a half since I purchased it. I am happy to leave a five star review because this bidet has performed perfectly and has been an absolute joy to have in our home!
