Grandkids loved it

I bought these for nephew for his birthday and they worked the first day but then speaker has stopped working in one of them so you can talk out of it but you can't hear anything through it. I've tried changing the batteries and they aren't the issue. Is there any way I could get a replacement that works? He was so excited to get them and wanted to use them for his camping trip. Thank you.

The battery connection is so sensitive that one literally doest work with battery case on.

My daughter got these for her birthday, I’d asked my mum to get these specific ones as I saw them top an online list of best kids walkie talkies.I can’t see how they made the top of the list. The buttons aren’t sensitive at all so young children will struggle to push them in properly, the build quality isn’t great. No volume control.She’s having fun with them and we will keep using them but I feel there must be better options out there.Btw the instructions specify 1.5V AAA batteries. Please check any batteries before you buy as my amazon recharagables are 1.2V and did not work with this product so I had to go buy some 1.5Vs which worked.

very disappointing, bought early for Christmas and the retailer wont refund the as outside of 30 days, even though its faulty.

Doesn’t work - just muffled interference sound

Bought from natural history museum as gift by my daughter’s grandmother, one unit works and the other won’t switch on, we tried everything and it just doesn’t work!
