This is the perfect device to feel the slot
This device is ideal for training an in to out swing that drops into the slot on the downswing. I used this plus swing catalyst (multi view video of each swing) to rebuild my swing. It allowed me to feel an on plane takeaway and correct drop of the club before hip rotation. It also added about 5 mph to my club head speed.

It Helps
I use this product to help me feel the centrifugal force of the swing. I use it at the range for a few swings before I hit with a different club. I find my swing speed and feel, then switch the a real club. It starts helping right away. By the way, don't try to hit balls with this, gently swing through the air turning your right hand over.
