My hair. I have my hair colored every six weeks and wanted to keep it very healthy. Your product has done that. Also, it raised my B12 level from 330 to over 1500 without having to take injections. Thanks for a super product.

Being in my 40s, my hair suffers dryness, so I decided to try a specialized hair vitamin combination. After taking one pill a day for a month now, I do see improvement. My hair has a shine that it hasn't had for a long time. It also is not falling out as much as before. I believe the cost is a little high, but it does seem to be working.
