Sunny Health & Fitness SF-S0637 Twist-In Stepper Step Machine w/ Handlebar and LCD Monitor

I like this machine because it is compact and does give your lower body a workout. Good for the price.Ways it could be imoroved. I am 5'7" and I would like the handle bars to come up higher. A tall person would need bend over some and this would not be good posture. The other way it could be improved - to have three cycles on it. Easy, medium and hard so that you could build up and then wind down your exercise routine.

I would love to have a stepmill but they are crazy expensive and bulky. This gives a similar motion in a very movable and low profile way. Easy on joints and seems to be holding up well so far. I am not sure how long it will last and it does squeek quite a bit when in use but for what it is I would say it is good.

Very easy to assemble. Everything required to assemble is included, even the battery for the counter. Be careful when you're stepping on the bar is kind of unstable, however if you're careful you'll be fine.20 minutes while I watched a show gave me a good lower body workout, and I was sore the next day.

Daughter and gr'son put together. I have neuropathy in hands and feet, and tend to be way too sedintary (spell ck not working). Thought this wd help. Found out I'm way out of shape and can't do this for long. But still trying. From floor to top of handles is 41" or 42". I'm 5'3", and it's perfect height Feet pedals don't move straight up and down, it has a little twist to it, to work the hips. I think it's perfect.

I was skeptical at first. Very easy to put together. It's sturdy and works great. I'm 5'4" and 150lbs. I have had this for a while and feel now it's time to review. I've used it regularly and works great. I felt this company is good, so I also ordered their folding exercise bike too. Good products. I would recommend

Very easy to assemble, even for a 70 year old widow. It's lightweight and can be moved easily, small enough to fit anywhere, very easy to use. I'm out of shape, looking for exercise and this fits the bill. It's sturdy so I feel secure holding on to handle bars and it's easy on the joints. I'm so happy I found it.

I have afib and I bought this in place of a treadmill ( small apt) It work just fine for me I use it 3 times a week. I have had it over a year and no issues with it

My old stepper broke and with the pandemic the price of a new one was ridiculous, almost doubled, so I chose this one. It works but there's no tension. Like all the Sunny steppers I've had the "computer" part never works correctly. I'm also not happy with their customer service.

El aparato es bueno resistente y lo puedes meter en una equina y no estorba. El pero es el reloj pantalla no sirve prende inicia luego se congela y se apaga. Amazon tiene la política de cambiar todo o nada. La empresa de aparatos Sunny debe tener control de calidad.( Para mi es molesto desarmar, empacar el producto esperar cambio y ver si el otro reloj funciona.)

Not very stable, cannot be adjusted. Console meter not functional.

I bought this elliptical because of all the positive reviews and not only was I disappointed, I was also hurt by it. The default tension is set very tight, and there is no way to adjust it. As well, the range of motion is severely limited to around half a stride. The combination of these two things and the "twist-in step" leads to extreme strain on the ankle, knee, and hip joints. I am a 27 year old male in decent shape and I had to stop using it after the first 10 minutes because I could tell it was doing damage. My right leg was hurting for a week afterward. This should not be sold to anyone, it is a hazardous piece of equipment.
