I bought it for a kid to self-carry at school, and the individual packets make that easy. 2 tabs, 500 mg each. The packets are paper, though, so don’t let them get wet or crushed. Tylenol’s packaging holds up better. The price is higher than buying a bottle, so it’s not a money saver, but if you need a dose you can carry, it’s perfect, and I will buy again.
